Remember that when one seeks happiness through material matters, one is wasting time and energy.

There is no happiness to be found in material matters. One only finds more desires, and expectations.

Every happy moment that one obtains from material matters, is only the material mind conditioning one. It is only temporary, and these thoughts and emotions are only material.

There is no actual happiness to be obtained from material matters. True happiness cannot be found in this way.

When one seeks happiness, one must learn to be. One must learn to connect with the soul.

When one connects with the soul, one will experience true joy, peace, happiness and love. This is because the soul is the attributes.

When one connects with the soul, one connects with the attributes. The attributes are with the soul.

When one connects with the soul, one will experience the attributes because one is also connected with the attributes. This connection is within.

Strengthen this connection, and there will be no necessity to seek joy or happiness. One will live them.

One must learn to obtain true happiness, instead of material happiness.

True happiness is within. True happiness, together with true joy and peace and love, are the attributes. They are within.

One must learn to connect with the soul, in order to experience the attributes. The soul is the attributes.

So, when one connects with the soul, one connects with the attributes. When one obtains the attributes, nothing else is required.

Everything in life is in balance. Material matters become irrelevant.

When one connects with the soul, one is free of the conditionings of the material mind. One does not seek material happiness.

One is also not filled with unwanted thoughts and emotions. One is free of the control and conditionings of the material mind.

Remember that when one does not seek material matters or material emotions, one is not controlled by the material mind. Those who seek these, are always filled with unwanted thoughts and emotions because, they are controlled by the material mind.

When one seeks material happiness, one will become happy when one succeeds. But, this is only temporary. Then, one seeks more.

Some become disappointed when they fail. Then, they become sad, or angry, or frustrated. Their words and actions will be affected, because of these unwanted emotions.

So, one is not free of unwanted consequences. One is always trapped and controlled, by the material mind.

Connect with the soul, and be free. Connect with the soul, and live life's purpose.

Everyone seeks happiness but, they are unaware that happiness is within.

Happiness does not come from external sources. It is not dependent on material matters.

Everyone seeks happiness through their expectations and desires. They assume that these will bring happiness.

Happiness is not available in material matters. It does not come from any external sources.

When one fulfils one's desires and expectations, the material mind creates material happiness. This emotion is created by the material mind, to keep everyone conditioned and trapped.

Remember that material matters are creations of the material mind. They are only relevant, because of the material mind.

It is only when desires and expectations are fulfilled, that the material mind creates material happiness. This keeps everyone trapped, seeking to fulfil more desires and expectations.

All desires and expectations are also created by the material mind. Then, everyone seeks to fulfil them, and they are rewarded with a small portion of material happiness.

Nothing is really achieved. When one desire or expectation is fulfilled, another is created. This continues, until there is no time or energy left.

One must be aware of this. One must be aware that there is no real happiness to be gained, from fulfilling desires and expectations.

One must be aware that happiness cannot be obtained from external sources. True happiness is within.

Everything is within.

Everyone assumes that when they fulfill their desires and expectations, they will be truly happy.

This is an untruth, that the material mind has created. One can never attain this.

One cannot be truly happy, through material happiness. It is only temporary, and will disappear, as quickly as it is attained.

One cannot never fulfil all of one's desires and expectations. These are endless. The material mind will constantly create more of these.

True happiness does not depend on external sources. It cannot be obtained from some material matter.

Success is only relevant when there are others to recognise it. If nobody recognises it, success means nothing.

Similarly, when one loses something, one is unhappy. When one finds it, one is happy. But the object remains the same.

Everything is conditioned and controlled by the material mind. Material happiness is created by the material mind.

One can obtain it, when one obeys the material mind. The material mind creates unhappiness when one does not obey it.

True happiness cannot be obtained from external sources. It is not dependent on anything, in the material world.

True happiness is within. It is not dependent on anything.

One must learn to allow it to emerge. When one is free of all conditionings and control of the material mind, true joy, peace, happiness and love will emerge.

Seek these within.

It is difficult, not to trust and depend on the material mind.

It is difficult to break free. It is difficult because everyone has become accustomed to it.

Everyone has been conditioned to believe, and trust in the material mind. Know that the material mind will never willingly allow anyone to be free.

Everything in the material world is created, to keep everyone conditioned and trapped. Every time one trusts the material mind, one becomes more conditioned, and trapped.

As one becomes more aware of everything, that is created by the material mind, it becomes easier to remove the conditionings and control. It becomes easier to break free

But, it will be gradual, as everyone has been controlled and conditioned, for a long time. Everyone has forgotten how to be free.

Remember to focus on the true path. Remember not to be distracted.

Even when the distractions are so compulsive, one must resist them. One must always make the right choices.

The material mind will try to prevent everyone from being free.

It will always try to achieve this. It will not stop. It will continue, until the journey is completed.

The material mind has created everything in the material world, in order to achieve this. Every creation of the material mind has this purpose.

All material matters are created by the material mind. They are unnatural.

All material matters only exist, because of the material mind. When the material mind is not involved, these matters will cease to be important. They will be ignored, and forgotten.

A beautiful diamond is valuable, because of the material mind. If the material mind were not involved, the diamond would be worthless. It would be ignored, and remain in the ground.

Similarly, all other material matters are only important, because of the material mind. Those who are controlled and conditioned by the material mind, will consider these matters to be important.

As one becomes aware, of the ways the material mind tries to control and trap one, one will be more immune to them. One will not be susceptible to the distractions, or thoughts and emotions created by the material mind.

Remember that it will require time and effort to break free. The material mind has been controlling and conditioning everyone for a long time.

One has only become aware of this, not long ago. One must be patient, and allow the true self to be free.

Only then can the journey be completed. If one rushes through, one may become trapped, and follow a material path.

The best way to ensure that the journey is completed is to be. By being, the material mind is silenced.

The material mind will create obstacles and challenges, to prevent one from breaking free.

When one is trying to focus on the true path, the material mind will try to block it. The material mind will create distractions, so that one is not able to focus, well.

The material mind will also create other obstacles and challenges, when one tries to be free. There will be unwanted thoughts and emotions, to keep one from being free.

One must be aware of these. One must be aware that the material mind will do everything, to prevent one from being free.

Even when one is trying to be, there will be distractions. Only when one removes oneself from these distractions, can one achieve some progress.

Even then, the material mind will create unwanted thoughts and emotions. One can only prevent these, by silencing the material mind.

Remember that the material world is filled, with creations of the material mind. Everyone is conditioned and controlled, by the material mind.

It will take time to break free but, one must be determined. One must try to overcome all obstacles and challenges, created by the material mind.

One must be aware of everything, that is created by the material mind.

Remember that one is conditioned and controlled, by the material mind. Everything that one thinks and feels, is controlled by the material mind.

The material mind can create thoughts and emotions, at any time. It can control everything, that one thinks or feels.

It is easier for one to control one's words and actions, than one's thoughts and emotions. But, these can be controlled too.

One does not need to allow the material mind to control anything. One can choose, to be free of this.

When one is aware of the conditioning and control of the material mind, one can be free. One can choose every thought or emotion, or word or action.

One must make the right choices, so that one does not create unwanted consequences. At the same time, one does not need to be conditioned and controlled, by the material mind.

Remember that one is not a puppet, of the material mind. One can choose to be free.

The material mind will try, to keep everyone trapped. But, one can choose to be free.

If the material mind creates fears, one does not need to be fearful. If the material mind creates anger, one does not need to be angry.

One always has a choice. One can choose, to allow the material mind to control, or one can break free.

It may not be easy to break free because one has been conditioned and controlled for a long time. But, remember that one has a choice.

All troubling thoughts are created by the material mind. They diminish the attributes and keep everyone trapped.

This too shall pass. Everything will be well.

One must trust in me. Surrender all your cares to me, and I will lift them.

I will carry your cares. I will protect you from all harm.

Everything will be well. Trust in me.

When one can trust the material mind, one can trust in me. When one can believe the untruths of the material mind, one can believe in my truth.

I will lift your cares. I will hold your hand. Place your hand in mine, and I will guide you.

All will be well.

It is easy to trust the material mind and others, but it is difficult to trust the Supreme One.

Most people depend on others, or the material mind. They believe others, when they are told something.

The Supreme Mother has given the assurance that all will be well. All one's cares will be lifted.

But, many still doubt this. Many believe others and the material mind, but do not believe the Supreme Mother.

They will believe untruths, but not the truth. They will trust the material mind, but doubt the Creator.

One must be aware of this. One must be aware that all doubts are created by the material mind.

The material mind does not want anyone to trust anyone else. The material mind wants everyone to only trust and believe in it.

Remember that everything is created by the Creator. Everything depends on the Creator.

There is nothing that is impossible for the Creator. Everything is possible.

When the Creator assures us, we must trust Her. We must believe in the Almighty.

Everything is considered to be important because of the material mind.

The material mind creates thoughts which make one consider something to be important. These thoughts then create emotions that are connected to these matters.

When one obtains or achieves these matters, the material mind will create material joy or happiness, or satisfaction. When one does not obtain or achieve them, unwanted emotions will be created.

This is the way that the material mind controls everyone. Those who succumb to these emotions are controlled by the material mind.

But these matters are not relevant. One must learn to disregard the thoughts and emotions.

One must learn not to succumb to the thoughts and emotions created by the material mind. One must learn to make the right choices, which will enable one to be free of the control of the material mind.

When one does not follow every thought and emotion created by the material mind, one is breaking free. Gradually, all conditionings and control will be removed.

One must learn to be aware that material matters are irrelevant. When the material mind creates thoughts, which make something important, one must be aware of this.

One must consider if it is the truth or untruth. Remember that material matters are irrelevant to attaining true joy and happiness.

One must learn to strengthen the attributes. When one has the attributes, nothing else will be relevant. One will have everything.

The material mind controls everyone, through thoughts and emotions.

When one obeys the material mind, material joy, happiness and satisfaction are created. These are the same material emotions created, when one is praised or complimented.

When one does not obey the material mind, unwanted thoughts and emotions will be created. There will be doubts, fears, unhappiness, loneliness, disappointment, dissatisfaction, anger, regret, and other unwanted emotions.

These are all created, in order to make everyone obey the material mind. It is a form of punishment. When one obeys, one is rewarded with nice emotions.

This keeps everyone from breaking free. Only when one is strong, can one break free of this.

One can be strong, when one connects with the soul. As the connection grows stronger, the control of the material mind grows weaker.

Remember that one can only follow either the soul, or the material mind. One can only follow the true path, or the material path. One cannot choose both.

When one follows the true path and strengthens the connection with the soul, the attributes grow. When this happens, there is less need for material matters.

Material matters become less important. Gradually, as more control and conditionings are removed, one will be aware that all material matters are irrelevant.

When one becomes independent of all material matters, one is free of all conditionings and control. One is free to be one's true self.
