The soul journey is important so that the soul can return home. The material journey will keep the soul trapped in the material world.

Everything on the material journey is irrelevant. It is a series of consequences and the experiences that one must undergo in order to resolve them.

The material journey can be difficult or easy. It can be long or short.

It is irrelevant to the journey of the soul. Only the journey of the soul is important because only the soul can return home.

Most people focus on the material journey. They focus on their material lives.

But these are all irrelevant. They are not relevant because they are temporary. They are not real.

One must only be aware of the journey of the soul. Then everything will be complete.

Everyone focuses on the material journey.

Everything on this journey is considered to be important. Nothing else is considered to be more important.

But this is not true. The material journey is irrelevant.

It is like a dream which one considers to be important. Nothing in the dream is important. The dream itself is not important.

Similarly everything in the material journey is irrelevant. The material journey itself is also irrelevant.

It is the journey of the soul which is most important. If the journey of of the soul is not completed, the soul will remain lost and trapped.

Only when the journey is completed can the soul return home. Only then can the soul be free again.

Remember that as long as one focuses on the material journey, the journey of the soul will not progress. The journey of the soul will not be completed.

Only when the soul has completed the journey can everything be as it should be. Remember that everything in the material world is not real.

The soul is only temporarily in the material world. The soul is only temporarily on the journey.

The soul will complete the journey. The soul will return home.

That is the truth.

There is always something that gives joy to one.

But most people only notice the things that allow unwanted thoughts and emotions to be created. They focus on these and ignore everything else.

There are many things that give one joy. These are more important than anything that one lacks.

One must learn not to focus on the lack. One must learn to ignore it.

Instead, one must focus on everything that can give one joy. There are numerous things that give one joy if one appreciates them.

If one does not have these, then one will lose one's joy. But if one has these, then one must learn to allow joy to grow.

The attributes must be allowed to grow. The attributes must not be diminished by unwanted thoughts or emotions.

One must learn to be aware of everything that one has. One must appreciate these so that one has joy.

It is important to constantly be aware of this because the material mind will create unwanted thoughts and emotions. Then one will become trapped as joy and happiness are diminished.

One has everything that can give one joy but one's desires and expectations diminish all the joy.

Everyone has been conditioned to focus on their desires and expectations. They also focus on everything that they lack.

Focusing on these will diminish the attributes. One will also allow unwanted thoughts and emotions to be created.

One must learn to focus on everything that one has. One must appreciate everything.

Only then can one have joy. Only then can one allow the attributes to grow.

There are many reasons for one to have joy. But if one focuses on what one lacks, one will prevent joy from growing.

As one focuses on everything that one has, one will learn to ignore everything that one lacks. Remember that desires and expectations are limitless so they can never be fulfilled.

There are enough reasons to be joyous. One only needs to notice them.

One must learn not to focus on everything that one lacks. Remember that these desires and expectations are created by the material mind.

Remember that all desires and expectations are unnecessary. Everything that is necessary is sufficient to give joy and happiness.

One must choose to allow the attributes to grow or to allow the material mind to create unwanted thoughts and emotions.

One must always be aware that all unwanted thoughts are created in order to create unwanted emotions.

Unwanted thoughts are unnecessary to life. One can live without them.

One can live without most material matters but unwanted thoughts are the most unnecessary. They are also destructive.

Unwanted thoughts cannot help one in any way. They only destroy one's peace and happiness.

The attributes cannot grow as there are unwanted thoughts. Unwanted thoughts will always create unwanted emotions which will diminish the attributes.

There is only one purpose of unwanted thoughts and that is to keep everyone trapped. Unwanted thoughts create unwanted emotions which cause one to acquire new burdens and unwanted consequences.

If one can prevent unwanted thoughts, one can prevent unwanted emotions. Remember that unwanted emotions cannot be created without unwanted thoughts.

One can choose to be free of these. One can choose to be completely free.

The material mind will always create unwanted thoughts.

Even when there is nothing, it will create unwanted thoughts. Unwanted thoughts are actually nothing.

They do not exist except in one's thoughts. Unwanted thoughts are created by the material mind to create unwanted emotions.

When unwanted emotions are created, unwanted words and actions are also created. Unwanted thoughts can disappear but unwanted emotions, words and actions cannot.

Unwanted emotions, words and actions have unwanted consequences. These must be resolved when they are created.

One must learn to prevent unwanted thoughts from diminishing one's peace and balance. If one's peace and balance are not disrupted, unwanted emotions will not be created.

When unwanted emotions are not created, unwanted words and actions will also not be created. It is one's choice to allow unwanted thoughts to create unwanted emotions.

One makes another choice to allow unwanted emotions to create unwanted words and actions. These are conscious actions.

One can prevent them or allow them. Remember that when unwanted thoughts are allowed to create unwanted emotions, words and actions, there are consequences.

These unwanted consequences must then be resolved. If one allows unwanted thoughts to pass without creating any unwanted emotions or words or actions, there are no unwanted consequences.

Only conscious unwanted thoughts have unwanted consequences. All other unwanted thoughts are the creations of the material mind to trap one.

One must always be aware of this. There is no reason that one can be unaware of this.

There is no reason that one is unaware of one's emotions or words or actions. These are one's responsibility.

They are one's choices.

If one removes all unnatural traits, one will remove all unwanted material matters. One will be free of all unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions. One will be who one really is.

They do not exist in creation. They are not natural.

Nothing in nature has these traits. These only exist through the creation of the material mind.

No soul has these traits. Only the material self has these because of the material mind.

The material mind has created untruths that these traits exist in the real world. These are untruths.

If the material mind is not in control, these unwanted matters will not be created. They will not exist.

If one removes all unnatural traits, one will remove all unwanted material matters. One will be free of all unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions.

One will be who one really is.

The material mind wants everyone to believe that unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions are natural.

These are unnatural and are only created by the material mind. The Supreme One does not have these unwanted matters.

The Supreme One did not create these. They are not natural.

Just as circus animals are trained to do tricks, people are trained to have these unwanted material matters. It is not natural but learnt.

Unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions are not natural. They can be removed.

When one removes these unnatural traits, one is free. One is not controlled by the material mind.

Remember that one also acquires new burdens and unwanted consequences through these unwanted material matters. Then one experiences pain and suffering.

One has a choice. One can be free of all unwanted material matters. One can then be free of burdens and unwanted consequences.
