The material mind will create obstacles and challenges, to prevent one from breaking free.

When one is trying to focus on the true path, the material mind will try to block it. The material mind will create distractions, so that one is not able to focus, well.

The material mind will also create other obstacles and challenges, when one tries to be free. There will be unwanted thoughts and emotions, to keep one from being free.

One must be aware of these. One must be aware that the material mind will do everything, to prevent one from being free.

Even when one is trying to be, there will be distractions. Only when one removes oneself from these distractions, can one achieve some progress.

Even then, the material mind will create unwanted thoughts and emotions. One can only prevent these, by silencing the material mind.

Remember that the material world is filled, with creations of the material mind. Everyone is conditioned and controlled, by the material mind.

It will take time to break free but, one must be determined. One must try to overcome all obstacles and challenges, created by the material mind.

One must be aware of everything, that is created by the material mind.

Remember that one is conditioned and controlled, by the material mind. Everything that one thinks and feels, is controlled by the material mind.

The material mind can create thoughts and emotions, at any time. It can control everything, that one thinks or feels.

It is easier for one to control one's words and actions, than one's thoughts and emotions. But, these can be controlled too.

One does not need to allow the material mind to control anything. One can choose, to be free of this.

When one is aware of the conditioning and control of the material mind, one can be free. One can choose every thought or emotion, or word or action.

One must make the right choices, so that one does not create unwanted consequences. At the same time, one does not need to be conditioned and controlled, by the material mind.

Remember that one is not a puppet, of the material mind. One can choose to be free.

The material mind will try, to keep everyone trapped. But, one can choose to be free.

If the material mind creates fears, one does not need to be fearful. If the material mind creates anger, one does not need to be angry.

One always has a choice. One can choose, to allow the material mind to control, or one can break free.

It may not be easy to break free because one has been conditioned and controlled for a long time. But, remember that one has a choice.
