One must be aware that everything that one thinks, speaks, feels and does is conditioned by the material mind.

Only when one is free of all conditionings, can one have the natural traits. Only then is one free of the control of the material mind.

Most people are conditioned by the material mind. They think, speak, feel and do everything that has been conditioned.

If they are not able to, then they will have unwanted thoughts and emotions. They will not feel comfortable or secure.

This is only because the material mind creates these emotions. It wants everyone to have unnatural traits so that it can control everyone.

When one breaks free of the conditionings of the material mind, one will be free of unnatural traits. One is being natural.

Everything that has been conditioned is not natural. If everyone thinks, speaks, feels and does some things, it does not mean that it is natural.

Remember that the material mind controls everything in the material world. Even one's perception is controlled by the material mind.

Remember that everything that is normal may not be natural. Everything that is natural may not be normal.

One must be free in order to be natural. One must be free to even accept being natural.

Remember that everything natural is not accepted because of the conditionings of the material mind. Everything unnatural is accepted because these keep everyone trapped.

One must learn to be free. One must learn to be natural.

The material mind has control of everything in the material world.

Every thought, word, emotion and action is conditioned and controlled by the material mind. The material mind has control of everything that one thinks, speaks, feels and does.

This has become normal. These traits have replaced the natural traits.

It is normal to use rude language. It is normal to be angry or restless. It is normal to generate unwanted energies.

These have become normal although they are unnatural. Everyone accepts these because they have been conditioned.

Only when one is free of all conditionings can one be natural. If one is not free, one will not want to have natural traits.

Remember that the material mind will create unwanted thoughts and emotions to prevent one from being free. It will prevent one from having natural traits.

Having unnatural traits is normal. If anyone breaks free of these traits, they are considered to be abnormal. The material mind keeps everyone controlled in this way.

Being quiet is considered to be abnormal. Being noisy and generating unwanted energies is normal.

One must be aware that everything that the material mind creates is not natural. It is created to diminish the attributes and keep everyone conditioned and controlled.

If one wants to be free, one must be prepared to be considered abnormal. One must be prepared to be uncomfortable or have doubts because the material mind will try to prevent this.

Remember that being free is natural. Being free is to have nothing conditioned or controlled by the material mind.

It is being in balance. It is being joyous and happy. It is being who one really is.

It is easy to become distracted by material matters.

When one focuses on material matters, one must be aware that they can become distractions. It is easy to become distracted because everyone has been conditioned to be attracted to material matters.

These matters may start as small insignificant matters. But they grow and take up all of one's focus.

When this happens, one's focus will be on these matters. These matters will become most important.

Most often one will become distracted by other material matters which are connected. So the material matters grow from one to several.

When one becomes distracted, there will be attachments. One will become attached to these material matters.

Everything will be focused on these. One will forget or ignore everything else because one is focused on these matters.

These matters will become one's priority. One will not consider anything else to be important.

Remember that in order to follow the true path, one must be detached from material matters. It is difficult to follow the true path when one is distracted by material matters.

Material matters will grow and become most important. One can easily become lost when one is distracted.

Remember that becoming attached and distracted is easy. Being free is difficult.

Everyone has been conditioned to become distracted.

Being distracted is an unnatural traits that everyone has learnt. Most people seek distractions.

The material world is full of distractions. These distractions not only distract everyone from becoming free but they also cause everyone to acquire new burdens and unwanted consequences.

There are increasing distractions which cause everyone to acquire new burdens and unwanted consequences. They cause one to have unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions.

These distractions are not only a waste of time and energy but they are also harmful. They cause unwanted energies to be generated.

Remember that when one focuses on material matters, one can easily become distracted. One will focus on these matters which will become important.

When material matters become important, one becomes trapped. These matters will increase as one becomes more distracted and trapped.

If one becomes distracted by the emotions of being respected, one will then desire more of this. One will try to gain more respect by creating ways to achieve this.

One will focus on acquiring power. In order to acquire power, one will require wealth. In order to acquire wealth, one will need to do certain things or use certain words.

One distraction becomes more and finally one is trapped and lost. One will not be aware of this.

Some believe that they can be free of these distractions at any moment. They believe that they are not distracted but only continuing the true path in other ways.

Remember that the true path is the opposite of material paths. If material matters become important, one is following the material path.

The true path is detached from all material matters. The true path only focuses on the progress of the soul.

One must believe and trust in me.

One must believe and trust in me at all times. One must believe and trust in me especially when there are doubts and fears.

Remember that I am greater than any thoughts or emotions created by the material mind. Remember that I am greater than everything.

When one trusts and believes in me, I will be there. I will be beside you.

Remember that everything that the material mind creates is to prevent everyone from returning home. This is to keep them trapped, so that they are not aware of this.

Every soul wants to return home. But most material selves have ignored this. They have been conditioned to believe the material mind.

The material world is not all there is in the universe. Life in the material world is not everything.

Everything in the material world will not exist when the soul returns home. The material mind keeps everyone trapped so that the material world and everything in it can continue.

When one believes and trusts in me, one will be aware of the importance of returning home. One will be aware of the need to be free.

I will always be there for those who believe and trust in me. I will always be there when I am needed.

The material mind will try to prevent all souls from returning home.

It will try to keep everyone trapped in the material world so that it can continue to condition and control. It can continue to create all material thoughts and emotions.

There will always be doubts and fears created by the material mind. The material mind will gain control through these.

When one trusts and believes in the Supreme One, one will not be abandoned. One will not be alone.

The Supreme One will always be with those who believe and trust in Her. The Supreme One will always be there in times of need.

One must remember that everything that is created by the material mind is irrelevant. Everyone considers them to be important but they are not.

When one believes and trusts in the Supreme One, one will know that the material world and everything in it is irrelevant. One will be aware that one must return home.

This is the most important part as without this awareness, one will be lost in the material world. One will be trapped without being aware.

When one is aware of the need to return home, everything in the material world becomes irrelevant. The need to return home is the awareness of the journey that must be completed.

When one trusts and believes in the Supreme One, one will be guided through everything. One will be guided home.

The material mind will always try to diminish the attributes.

It will create thoughts and emotions which will diminish the attributes. These thoughts and emotions are nothing more than creations of the material mind.

If one allows these thoughts and emotions to become important, one will focus on them. One will believe them to be true.

When one believes in the creations of the material mind, one becomes trapped. One allows the material mind to control and condition.

Remember that these thoughts and emotions are irrelevant. They are created only to diminish the attributes.

One must be aware of this. One must learn to prevent these thoughts and emotions from diminishing the attributes.

One must learn to protect the attributes. One must learn to strengthen them.

Remember that as the attributes grow, the soul grows too. The control and conditioning of the material mind diminishes.

But the material mind will constantly create thoughts and emotions. One must make a choice of allowing these thoughts and emotions to grow or to pass.

If they are allowed to pass, then the attributes will not be diminished. The connection with the soul will continue to grow.

Choosing to allow or prevent thoughts and emotions created by the material mind is always a struggle.

Everyone has been conditioned to allow these to grow. They are conditioned to allow the material mind to control and condition.

Remember that all thoughts and emotions created by the material mind diminish the attributes. They trap everyone.

That is the purpose of these thoughts and emotions. They have no other purpose.

Most people consider these thoughts and emotions to be important. They focus on these.

Remember that as these thoughts and emotions grow, they gain more control. As they grow stronger, the attributes diminish.

This will weaken the connection with the soul. It will create confusion and one will become lost.

One must be aware that these creations of the material mind are irrelevant. They do not determine anything.

They diminish the attributes and gain control. Then one makes choices based on these thoughts and emotions.

Remember that all choices based on the material mind are for the material mind. They do not help the soul.

Remember that one must strengthen the soul in order to be free. One must help the soul to complete the journey.

Then one can return home.

Remember that all thoughts and emotions are created and controlled by the material mind.

There are no thoughts or emotions which are necessary. These are creations of the material mind and are unnecessary.

One only needs to be. Nothing else is important.

Remember that the attributes can grow when one is being. When one is being, the material mind is silenced.

When the material mind is silenced, thoughts and emotions are not created. One is free of them.

Remember that one can live life's purpose without having material thoughts and emotions. One can be with the attributes.

These are sufficient. These are all that are necessary.

Everyone has numerous thoughts and emotions. They believe that these are important.

Remember that they are not important. They are irrelevant.

It does not matter if one has certain thoughts or emotions. Everything will be as it should be whether one has these thoughts and emotions.

Nothing changes in the world but one's path is changed. One can be free or one can be trapped.

By being, one chooses to be free. Remember that everything is in My hands.

Everything will be as it should be. One will travel the journey until one returns home.

This is all that it wants. It does not want anyone to be free.

When one has material thoughts and emotions, one is allowing the material mind to gain control. One is giving up one's freedom to follow the true thoughts and emotions.

Remember that all material thoughts and emotions are unnecessary. They do not help one in any way.

All material thoughts and emotions are created to prevent one from living life's purpose. They are created so that one is not free.

Everyone has material thoughts and emotions. Everyone believes that these are important.

They are unnecessary and irrelevant. They do not serve any purpose other than to help the material mind.

One only needs to be. The attributes will grow when one silences the material mind and one will just be.

By being, one is one's natural self. One is not controlled or conditioned by the material mind.

One must learn to be. Nothing else is necessary. Nothing else is important.
