All desires and expectations are created by the material mind.

These are unnatural. They are created by the material mind and are controlled by it.

These desires and expectations are not natural. They are not supposed to exist.

Remember that as desires and expectations are created by the material mind, they cannot be fulfilled. They will never be fulfilled as they are endless.

Many have desires and expectations of Me. They expect all their desires and expectations to be fulfilled.

I have not created life in order to fulfill all desires and expectations. Life is created for a purpose.

Life's purpose is to have the attributes. Everything must be filled with the attributes.

Even when desires and expectations are not fulfilled, the attributes must exist. If there are no desires and expectations, there will be no unwanted thoughts and emotions.

Most unwanted thoughts and emotions are created when desires and expectations are not fulfilled. So, as long as there are desires and expectations, there will be unwanted thoughts and emotions.

Remember that just because the material mind has created desires and expectations, these need not be fulfilled. One must learn to allow these to pass.

All desires and expectations must be allowed to pass just as one allows unwanted thoughts and emotions to pass. One must not focus on these.

If one can be, everything that the material mind creates will pass. They will not create any effects or consequences.

When one focuses on these, they grow. When one chooses these, unwanted consequences and burdens will be created.

Remember that everything is a choice. One must make the right choices at all times.

Everyone has been conditioned by their desires and expectations.

They are focused on these. Their lives are centred on these.

There are no benefits of having desires and expectations. One does not gain anything of importance.

Desires and expectations are created by the material mind. They keep everyone trapped.

As long as one has desires and expectations, one is conditioned and controlled by the material mind. One cannot be free unless these desires and expectations are removed.

Remember that desires and expectations are limitless. They constantly grow.

Most people even have expectations of the Supreme One. They expect their desires to be fulfilled.

Desires and expectations are unnatural. They are unnecessary.

They are not required in life. One can have a full life without them.

If fact, desires and expectations will prevent one from having a full life. They will prevent one from living life's purpose.

Remember that life is to be lived with purpose. Without life's purpose, life is meaningless even if one has all desires and expectations fulfilled.

One must learn to allow all desires and expectations to pass. They must not affect one in any way.

Without desires and expectations, one will be free. One must choose to be free.

Everyone has been conditioned to notice the lack of something or their unfulfilled desires and expectations.

This has become a trait. The natural trait of appreciating everything has been replaced by this unnatural trait.

Many people spend their lives focussing on everything that they lack. They focus on all their desires and expectations which are unfulfilled.

All their time and energy are wasted on these. All joy and happiness that they may have obtained is blocked.

Remember that there is always joy and happiness. The attributes are within.

One does not need all one's desires and expectations. These are creations of the material mind.

One only needs the connection with the soul. Then one can experience true joy and peace and happiness and love.

One does not require everything. Everything that one has is sufficient.

One must learn to appreciate everything. One must learn to live in the present. One must learn to be.

Remember that the attributes are natural traits. One must learn to have these natural traits.

All unnatural traits must be removed. They diminish the attributes.

The attributes are important. They strengthen the soul and free the self.

When one has the attributes, one has everything.

The material mind has conditioned everyone to have desires and expectations.

These are endless. Everyone focuses on these and considers them most important.

Most people focus on their desires and expectations and are unaware of everything else. They are not able to see anything else.

They focus only on their desires and expectations. They focus on fulfilling them.

If these desires and expectations are not fulfilled, they focus on their unwanted thoughts and emotions. They can only see these.

All the lack, or unfulfilled desires, become their focus. They are not able to notice anything else.

Most people spend their whole lives trying to fulfil all their desires and expectations. Then they focus on every desire and expectation that is unfulfilled.

They forget everything that they have received. They ignore everything that they have.

Remember that it is impossible to fulfil all one's desires and expectations. It is impossible because these are limitless.

One must learn to appreciate everything that one has. One must learn to allow the attributes to grow.

The attributes are sufficient. They are the purpose of life.

When one has the attributes, one has everything.

Everyone has been conditioned to think in certain ways.

They have material values and standards. They have desires and expectations.

All these are created by the material mind. They are according to the material mind.

These are not natural traits. These are not necessary.

They are only conditionings of the material mind. They are created so that everyone will be controlled and conditioned.

Without these, everyone will be free. They will not follow blindly. They will not waste their time and energy on unnecessary matters.

Everyone assumes that they are able to think for themselves. But their thoughts are all conditioned by the material mind.

Everyone who is conditioned by the material mind has values and standards according to the material mind. They have material emotions created by the material mind.

All these are unnecessary. They are irrelevant to the true path and they are irrelevant to life.

Everyone can live a life filled with true joy and peace and happiness and love. Instead they choose to live empty lives.

They seek material joy and happiness but are still seeking. They are unaware that material joy and happiness are temporary.

Only when one breaks free of all the conditionings and control of the material mind can one live life's purpose.

The material mind has conditioned everyone so that they are unaware of being conditioned.

Everyone assumes that everything that they think and feel and do is natural. They assume that they are doing everything on their own.

They are unaware that their thoughts and emotions and words and actions are all conditioned by the material mind. They have values and standards which are also created by the material mind.

Everything is created by the material mind so that everyone is conditioned and controlled by the material mind. Most people are unaware of this.

They are unaware that their values and standards are all material. They are unaware that these are not true values.

Some believe that their values are right so they attack others. If they are aware that by attacking others they are not making the right choices, then they will realise that their values are not true values.

The only values which are right are the attributes. The only truth which is true is the attributes.

Everything is based on the attributes. Only when one believes in the attributes can one make the right choices.

Only the attributes are natural. They are not conditioned or controlled by the material mind.

When one bases everything on the attributes, one will be able to live life's purpose. Material matters will be irrelevant.

There will only be true joy, peace, happiness and love. Nothing else will be important.

Life will be complete. Everything will be meaningful.

All thoughts, words, emotions and actions based on the attributes will be right. They will be natural.

One must learn to break free of all material attachments.

These attachments make material matters to become important. Most people become trapped because of this.

They consider material matters to be important. They focus on these so much that they are unaware of becoming lost.

When they become aware of being lost, it is usually too late. Remember that nothing in the material world is relevant.

Even if one has everything in the material world, one will not have true joy or peace or happiness. One will still be lost and trapped.

It is not easy to break free of all attachments, but one must try. One must continuously try to break free.

Every time there is an attachment, one must remove it. One must not allow attachments to grow.

The more one becomes attached, the more difficult it will be to remove it. The more difficult it becomes, the more trapped and lost one will be.

Remember that even if all attachments were removed, one will still be the same. Except that one will be free.

Attachments are created by the material mind. One has desires and expectations which can never be fulfilled.

Even if all one's desires and expectations are fulfilled, one cannot live life filled with purpose without the attributes. Remember that one cannot have both paths as they travel in the opposite directions.

Material paths will lead one away from the true path. When one follows a material path, one will abandon the true path.

One must choose to follow only one path. That path will be one's life.

Everyone is attached to something.

Most people have numerous attachments. They have desires and expectations.

These desires and expectations prevent them from having the attributes. They only have unwanted emotions as most of these desires and expectations can never be fulfilled.

Remember that attachments are created by the material mind to keep everyone trapped. The more attachments one has, the more trapped one will become.

Being attached is to give up one's freedom for the attachment. It is like having a chain for every attachment.

One must learn to remove all attachments. One must learn to be aware that everything in the material world is irrelevant.

If one considers material matters to be important, one will never be free of them. Remember that material matters are endless.

The material mind will constantly create more material matters and attachments. One will be constantly trapped.

If one wants to be free of the cycle of life, one must first be free of all attachments. Attachments keep one trapped in the cycle of life.

One is tied to the material world. One is tied to the emotions created by the material mind.

Remember that nothing in the material world is permanent. Everything will be lost.

When one has attachments, one holds on to material matters but these are list when one leaves the material world. One has nothing of the material world.

One only has the unwanted emotions which are created when one's desires and expectations are not fulfilled. One only has the unwanted consequences.

Remember that all the pain and suffering will not make one's attachments worthwhile. One can be free of all pain and suffering when one is free of all attachments.

One must choose to be trapped or to be free.
