It is difficult, not to trust and depend on the material mind.

It is difficult to break free. It is difficult because everyone has become accustomed to it.

Everyone has been conditioned to believe, and trust in the material mind. Know that the material mind will never willingly allow anyone to be free.

Everything in the material world is created, to keep everyone conditioned and trapped. Every time one trusts the material mind, one becomes more conditioned, and trapped.

As one becomes more aware of everything, that is created by the material mind, it becomes easier to remove the conditionings and control. It becomes easier to break free

But, it will be gradual, as everyone has been controlled and conditioned, for a long time. Everyone has forgotten how to be free.

Remember to focus on the true path. Remember not to be distracted.

Even when the distractions are so compulsive, one must resist them. One must always make the right choices.

The material mind will try to prevent everyone from being free.

It will always try to achieve this. It will not stop. It will continue, until the journey is completed.

The material mind has created everything in the material world, in order to achieve this. Every creation of the material mind has this purpose.

All material matters are created by the material mind. They are unnatural.

All material matters only exist, because of the material mind. When the material mind is not involved, these matters will cease to be important. They will be ignored, and forgotten.

A beautiful diamond is valuable, because of the material mind. If the material mind were not involved, the diamond would be worthless. It would be ignored, and remain in the ground.

Similarly, all other material matters are only important, because of the material mind. Those who are controlled and conditioned by the material mind, will consider these matters to be important.

As one becomes aware, of the ways the material mind tries to control and trap one, one will be more immune to them. One will not be susceptible to the distractions, or thoughts and emotions created by the material mind.

Remember that it will require time and effort to break free. The material mind has been controlling and conditioning everyone for a long time.

One has only become aware of this, not long ago. One must be patient, and allow the true self to be free.

Only then can the journey be completed. If one rushes through, one may become trapped, and follow a material path.

The best way to ensure that the journey is completed is to be. By being, the material mind is silenced.
