Learning to be at all times will help one in everything. It will help one to be aware, of everything. When one can be, one is aware of everything. But one is not involved. One is only aware of everything. One remains in balance despite everything around them. Learn to be at all times. Then one will be free.

It will create distractions and obstacles, so that one cannot find the balance necessary. If there is no balance, one cannot be.

Remember that all the conditionings and control are created for this purpose. Distractions and obstacles help the material mind to achieve this.

But in order to be, one requires balance. If one is distracted or in turmoil, one cannot find balance.

Remember that when there are unwanted thoughts and emotions, there is no balance. When there is no balance, one cannot be.

One will be focused on material matters. One will allow the material mind to create unwanted thoughts and emotions.

Learning to be at all times will help one in everything. It will help one to be aware, of everything.

When one can be, one is aware of everything. But one is not involved.

Remember that one cannot be completely free, if one cannot be.

By being, one is free of all conditionings and control, of the material mind. But, the material mind will not easily allow this.

The material mind will not allow anyone to have balance. If there is balance, there are no unwanted thoughts and emotions.

In order to create unwanted thoughts and emotions, the material mind will create imbalances. These are created through distractions and obstacles.

One must learn to be detached, from all obstacles and distractions. One must find balance at all times.

If one is able to find balance, one can be. By being, one is not affected by everything in the material world.

Remember that everything in the material world is irrelevant. But, most people are involved in everything.

This involvement allows unwanted thoughts and emotions to be created. If one is not involved, then one is free.

Remember that everything that happens, will happen. But, most people believe that their involvement is essential.

It is not. Nothing, and nobody is important.

One only needs to be. When one can be, one can be free.
