The material mind allows everything that it wants, and prevents everything that it does not want.

The material mind allows unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions. It allows distractions and attachments.

All these help the material mind to keep everyone trapped. Nobody can be free if they have these.

These create unwanted consequences and burdens. They keep the soul trapped, in the cycle of life.

These also diminish the attributes, and weaken the soul. They weaken the connection between the self and the soul.

The material mind also prevents the attributes. It is difficult to have true joy and happiness, because the material mind prevents this.

The material mind does not want anyone to have true joy and happiness. It does not want anyone to have balance and peace.

If one allows the material mind to condition and control, one will not be. It will be impossible, because the material mind will prevent it.

By being, one removes everything that the material mind wants. By being, one has the opposite of everything that the material mind wants.

By being, one can achieve balance and peace. One can be free, of all unwanted thoughts and emotions.

By being, one is free. One can be oneself without all the conditionings and control of the material mind.

One must learn to be, so that one is free

Most people are not able to have true joy and happiness because, the material mind prevents this.

When one breaks free of the conditionings and control of the material mind, one can have all the attributes. One can be free, of all unwanted thoughts and emotions.

When one allows the material mind to condition and control, one also allows it to create unwanted thoughts and emotions. One allows it to prevent the attributes from growing.

Remember that one is unhappy or lonely or disappointed or angry or guilty or bored, or has all other unwanted emotions because, one allows the material mind to create them. If one prevents the material mind from creating these, one will be free of them.

The only reason that one does not have true joy and happiness is, because one allows the material mind to prevent them from growing. Remember that everyone has the attributes.

The attributes are natural. They are part of oneself.

Most people do not have them, because the attributes are weak. The material mind has diminished the attributes by creating unwanted thoughts and emotions.

If one allows weeds to grow, it will be difficult for the flowers or vegetables to grow. The weeds will take over the garden, and the vegetables or flowers will not be able to flourish.

Remember that one can choose to have the attributes, or unwanted emotions. One can choose to be trapped, or be free.

If one learns to be, one can be free of the material mind. One can be free of all unwanted thoughts and emotions.

Remember that unwanted thoughts and emotions are not natural. They are unnatural, because they are created by the material mind.

The attributes are natural. They are part of the soul. They are part of oneself.
