The material mind is a creation on the Supreme One. Its knowledge is limited.

Only the Supreme One knows everything. Only the Supreme One is the Almighty.

These messages are from the Supreme One. They are Her words.

One must remember that there is none greater, than the Supreme One. The Supreme One is the Almighty.

When something is not according to my will, it is not in balance. It will need to be in balance.

When one trusts the Supreme One, one must surrender to Her. One cannot hold on to everything yet claim to trust in the Supreme One.

One either trusts in the Supreme One completely, or not at all. One cannot trust partially.

Remember that everything is, according to the will of the Supreme One. Everything that should be, will come to be.

When one surrenders completely, the Supreme One will carry one's cares. Everything that is surrendered to the Supreme One, will be in Her hands.

One must learn to trust in the Supreme One. One must surrender to Her, completely.

Remember that everything will be, according to Her will.

The material world and everything in it are distractions. Even the material self is a distraction.

One must be aware of all distractions, so that one can prevent oneself from becoming involved in them. One must learn to be detached, from all distractions.

One must learn to be detached, from everything. Even when one is surrounded by distractions, one must learn not to become involved.

The material mind will try to distract one. Remember that it does not want anyone to follow the true path.

Only when one is able to be detached from all distractions, can one be free. Then, one can follow the true path, without being distracted from it.

Most people who have found the true path become distracted. They lose focus, and follow the material path.

Most of them are unaware of doing this. They become lost and trapped without realising it.

One must always be aware of everything. Only then can the journey be completed.

It is difficult to be free of all distractions because, everyone has been conditioned to have them.

The material mind constantly creates distractions. It also creates attachments, to these distractions.

If one is attached to even one distraction, one will be trapped. Most people are attached to countless distractions.

Only when one is aware of all distractions, can one prevent oneself from being attached. If one is not aware, one will easily become attached.

Most people who have found the true path become lost and trapped, because of this. They have attachments, without being aware.

They become distracted from the true path, without being aware. They will not be free because, they are unaware of being lost.

One must learn to be aware, of all distractions. One must recognise them.

Remember that the material world, and everything in it, are distractions. All thoughts and emotions are also distractions.

Only when one is aware, can one prevent oneself from being trapped. Only then, can one be free.

Remember that distractions are part of the material self. It is difficult to break free of them.

One must learn to do so, in order to be free. One must be free, in order for the journey to be completed.

Most people have unnatural traits, for a long time. They acquire these at an early age.

Some people are proud to have these unnatural traits. They refuse to remove them, because they consider them to be valuable.

Unnatural traits help the material mind to become stronger. They help it to keep everyone conditioned and trapped.

Remember that as long as one has unnatural traits, one will continue to acquire new burdens and unwanted consequences. One will not be free of the cycle of life.

If one wants to be free, one must remove unnatural traits. One must be aware that these are unnatural, to the self.

Remember that it is not a weakness or a defect to have the attributes. It is not a weakness or defect, to be free of unnatural traits.

One must learn to be aware of these. One must learn to be free.

Unnatural traits only help the material mind. They weaken the soul, by diminishing the attributes.

These unnatural traits are the opposite, of the attributes. They create more unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions.

Unnatural traits are admired and respected. Most people strive to acquire them.

When one has these unnatural traits, one does not have natural traits. One does not live the attributes.

One cannot be ambitious and, kind and loving at the same time. One cannot be ruthless and generous.

Remember that in order to have natural traits, one must remove unnatural traits. In order to have unnatural traits, natural traits must be removed.

Most people allow natural traits to be removed, as they are not as valued, as unnatural traits. Those who have natural traits are considered to be weak, or abnormal.

But, in order to be free, one must remove unnatural traits. One must be free of all conditionings and control of the material mind.

One must choose, to be free.

It is unnatural to have a destructive trait. When one destroys, one allows the material mind to control.

Destruction creates unwanted energies. All destruction generates unwanted energies, which creates imbalances.

The more destruction there is, the more unwanted energies are generated. There will be chaos, because of these unwanted energies.

Remember that it is unnatural to have destructive traits. It is unnatural to generate unwanted energies.

It is unnatural to be in chaos.

The material mind has created destructive traits, so that unwanted consequences and burdens will be created.

Most people have these traits. They are not able to be free, of them.

They enjoy these traits. They strengthen them and allow them to grow stronger by allowing them to flourish.

Destructive traits cause one to destroy everything. One destroys everything, regardless of anything.

Many people destroy themselves. They destroy their material form.

Most people destroy the joy and happiness. They destroy the attributes and, even material joy and happiness.

They destroy the joy and happiness of others, and themselves. They destroy everything that creates joy and happiness.

Some people destroy material objects. They destroy these because of the destructive traits.

It is not the objects themselves which are important but, the unwanted energies which are generated. These energies create more destructions.

Remember that unwanted energies create imbalances. Imbalances create chaos.

One must learn to remove all unnatural traits, especially destructive traits. These are unnatural, and will grow stronger if they are not removed.

One must learn to be free of them. One must learn to have natural traits, so that one can be free.

Many people strive to achieve material goals. They seek material rewards.

One can live a complete life through these. One cannot obtain pure joy or happiness through them.

Material rewards are created by the material mind. One will only obtain material joy and happiness.

When these disappear, one will strive to achieve more. The cycle continues until one has no time or energy left.

If one learns to connect with the soul, one can achieve the greatest accomplishment. When one has the connection with the soul, one has connection with Me.

Remember that the soul and I are one. We are separate yet one.

When one connects with the soul, one connects with Me. This connection is all that is necessary.

This connection is the purpose of life. The attributes help this connection to grow.

There is nothing higher than having the connection with the soul. Everyone must learn to have this.

Those who are able to connect with the soul, will be free. They will return home, for then the soul is free.

Most people spend their whole lives trying to achieve these material goals. When these goals are achieved, they are still not satisfied.

Then they continue trying to achieve more material goals. Just like desires and expectations, these goals are endless.

At the end of everything, nothing is really achieved. Nothing is achieved that one can take, when one leaves the material world.

All one's time and effort are spent on trying to achieve material goals. When everything is over, one has nothing that will be meaningful.

If one can have true joy and happiness, one would have achieved a great deal. If one does not have these, one has nothing.

Remember that the connection with the soul is the greatest achievement. Everyone must try to achieve this.

This achievement will enable one to know the truth. It will enable one to be connected with the Supreme One.

Nothing is greater than this. When one achieves this, one has completed the purpose of life.

Only when one is superior to another, can one judge. Only when one is above everyone else, can one judge another.

The material mind has conditioned everyone to believe that some people are superior than others. It has conditioned everyone to believe that some people are above others.

As long as one is conditioned and controlled by the material mind, one cannot be superior. As long as one has unwanted thoughts and emotions, one cannot judge another.

When one is completely free, one will realise that nobody is superior. One will be aware that there is nothing to judge, as everything is irrelevant.

Remember that when one judges another, one has unwanted thoughts and emotions. One feels superior.

These are all unwanted thoughts and emotions, created by the material mind. They keep one trapped.

Remember that nobody can judge another, until one knows the truth.

Everyone has been conditioned, to accept the control and conditionings of the material mind.

They trust and believe these. They do not doubt the material mind, but they doubt the Supreme One.

Most people assume that some people are superior. The material mind has created situations where some people are superior to others.

The more situations there are, the more everyone will strive to acquire this status. Then, more unwanted thoughts and emotions will be created.

Those who are assume themselves to be superior, will judge others. Some judge others, in order to feel superior.

Nobody is superior to another. Nobody is above others.

Only when one is completely free, and knows the truth, can one be superior. Only then can one judge another.

But, when one knows the truth, one will not judge another. One will be free, because of the truth.

Remember that judging another, is another conditioning that traps one. One allows unwanted thoughts and emotions, that create unwanted consequences.

Remember that one must refrain from judging another, for, it is an unwanted act. It is a way the material mind gains control.

By being, one does not judge anything or anyone. By being, one is oneself.
