It is difficult to remove unnatural traits, because most people have become accustomed to them.

Most people have unnatural traits, for a long time. They acquire these at an early age.

Some people are proud to have these unnatural traits. They refuse to remove them, because they consider them to be valuable.

Unnatural traits help the material mind to become stronger. They help it to keep everyone conditioned and trapped.

Remember that as long as one has unnatural traits, one will continue to acquire new burdens and unwanted consequences. One will not be free of the cycle of life.

If one wants to be free, one must remove unnatural traits. One must be aware that these are unnatural, to the self.

Remember that it is not a weakness or a defect to have the attributes. It is not a weakness or defect, to be free of unnatural traits.

One must learn to be aware of these. One must learn to be free.

It is difficult to remove unnatural traits because, everyone has been conditioned to value them.

The more unnatural traits one has, the more one is admired and respected. This is because, most people believe in the untruths of the material mind.

Unnatural traits only help the material mind. They weaken the soul, by diminishing the attributes.

These unnatural traits are the opposite, of the attributes. They create more unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions.

Unnatural traits are admired and respected. Most people strive to acquire them.

When one has these unnatural traits, one does not have natural traits. One does not live the attributes.

One cannot be ambitious and, kind and loving at the same time. One cannot be ruthless and generous.

Remember that in order to have natural traits, one must remove unnatural traits. In order to have unnatural traits, natural traits must be removed.

Most people allow natural traits to be removed, as they are not as valued, as unnatural traits. Those who have natural traits are considered to be weak, or abnormal.

But, in order to be free, one must remove unnatural traits. One must be free of all conditionings and control of the material mind.

One must choose, to be free.
