One only needs to be. By being, one connects with the soul.

By being, the material mind is silenced. By being, one is not controlled or conditioned, by the material mind.

The material mind will try to prevent one from being, by creating blockages and distractions. If one is able to ignore these, one can be.

By being, one is free of all material matters. One is free of all thoughts, words, emotions and actions.

By being, one allows the connection with the soul to grow. One connects with the soul, as the material mind is not in control.

One must learn to be. One must learn to be, at all times.

This is an untruth, created by the material mind. Remember that the material mind will try to prevent one from connecting with the soul.

Remember that connecting with the soul is natural. The soul and the self, are one.
