There is always something to be grateful for.

One must learn to see this, at all times. One must see everything that one must be grateful for.

Remember that when one is grateful, the attributes can grow stronger. Appreciation helps the attributes, and diminishes unwanted thoughts and emotions.

One must learn to see everything that one has. One must see all these and appreciate them.

One must allow the attributes to fill one's day. One must allow the attributes to be expressed.

Without this, the material mind will create unwanted thoughts and emotions. These unwanted thoughts and emotions will fill one's life.

Most people have allowed this to happen. They have not spent even a moment, to appreciate all the gifts that I have given.

One must learn to be aware of everything that one has. Only then will one be aware of the love that I have given.

Learning to be aware of everything that one has is important.

This will help to prevent unwanted thoughts and emotions from being created. This will help one, to live life's purpose.

Most people are unable to see everything that they have. They only focus on those things which they lack.

They allow the material mind to create unwanted thoughts and emotions. They nourish these, and sink deeper into them.

If one looks for a reason to have unwanted thoughts and emotions, there will be countless reasons. One will become aware of everything that one lacks.

If one looks for a reason to be grateful, one will have countless reasons. Everything that one has, is a gift.

Only when one of these gifts is missing will one be aware how precious it is. Only then will one know the importance of it.

But most people are not aware. They only focus on what is missing. They do not see the countless gifts that they have.

If one injures one finger, one will only focus on it. One will not see all the other fingers.

One must learn to see everything. One must learn to be aware of everything that one must be grateful for.

Remember that every gift is a blessing. Every blessing is a sign of the love that the Supreme One has given.
