When one allows the material mind to create thoughts, one will only have unwanted emotions.

The material mind must only be used to perform tasks. It is a part of the material form, to be used.

The material mind is the same, as any other part of the material form. It is to be used, and we must not be used by it.

When one allows the material mind to create thoughts, it will create any thought that it wants. It will also create unwanted emotions.

Remember that, these thoughts that are created by the material mind are not relevant. They only create confusion, fears, unhappiness, and other unwanted emotions.

These thoughts which are created by the material mind are unnecessary. They do not help one, in any way. They only create more obstacles and consequences.

Remember that, one must always be in control of all thoughts. Thoughts which are unnecessary, must be prevented.

One only needs to use the material mind to perform tasks. Just as one uses all other parts of the material form.

Remember that one has a choice, of allowing the material mind to create thoughts, or preventing it. One must choose, or bear the consequences.

One must be in control of the material mind, not be controlled by it.

When one allows the material mind to create thoughts, one allows it to control. It will not only create thoughts, but also emotions, words and actions.

One must control everything that the material mind does. One must be aware of it, and not allow it to create anything that it wants.

Just as one has to control one's hands and mouth and other parts of the material form. One even controls one's organs, that release excrement.

A baby has no control over these, and will excrete at any time, or place. As it grows, it learns to control.

Similarly, the material mind must be controlled. It cannot be allowed to create any thoughts or emotions, or words or actions.

When one allows it to create thoughts, one is allowing it to create unwanted emotions, too. When one has these emotions, it is because one has allowed the material mind to create them.

If one allows the mouth to eat anything that it wants, one will have a stomachache, or diseases. One must control everything possible.

All creatures have minds. But, they use their minds to perform tasks. They control their organs, and are not controlled by them.

Wild creatures do not overeat, oversleep or overthink. Everything is for a purpose. Nothing is irrelevant.

One must learn to be aware of every part of the material form. One must be in control of each part, especially the material mind.

Remember that one makes a choice for everything. Every consequence is the result of every choice.
