Most people only consider material matters to be important.

Even if they assume they are following the true path, they are actually following the material path. This is because everything that they focus on is material.

Everything that is important to them is still material. They are not free of the material mind.

Remember that as long as the material mind is involved, one is controlled by it.

The material mind cannot be involved in the true path. The material mind must be silent.

Remember that in order to free the soul, one must be. One must first silence the material mind and be.

Only by being can one stop the material mind. There must be no thoughts or emotions.

One cannot expect to follow the true path if one listens to the material mind. One cannot be free if one considers material matters to be important.

Remember that all thoughts, words, emotions and actions are controlled by the material mind. One cannot be free if one allows the material mind to create these.

Being is silencing the material mind. Being is freeing oneself from everything that is material.

The material mind will keep everyone trapped by making them believe in untruths.

When one allows the material mind to guide one, one is not free. One only believes that one is free but one is not.

The true path does not involve anything that is material. It does not involve thoughts or words or emotions or actions.

These messages are only a guide. One does not need to repeat them like a chant.

One only needs to be. By being, one is free of the material mind.

Remember that only when the material mind is silenced, can one be free. Only then can one stop the material mind.

As long as one allows the material mind to create thoughts or words or emotions or actions, one is not free. All thoughts and words created by the material mind will control and condition one.

These messages are not from the material mind. They are guidance on how to be free.

By being, one is free. When one is free, there are no attachments or distractions.

When one is free, all material matters are irrelevant. There is nothing that is good or unpleasant. One is above these because one can just be.

Learn to be. Learn to be free of the material mind.

One must learn to use everything that one experiences in life as a means to learn and grow.

Everyone has been conditioned to learn and grow materially. Everything is used to strengthen the material mind.

It is not the material mind which must grow and be stronger but the soul. The soul must grow stronger.

Everything that one experiences must be used to strengthen the soul. Everything must be used to free the soul.

Most souls are weakened and trapped by the choices made by the material self. These choices strengthen the material mind but weaken the soul.

Remember that all unwanted thoughts and emotions only weaken the soul. They strengthen the material mind because these nourish the material mind.

The soul needs the attributes to grow stronger. The material mind diminishes the attributes.

When one allows the material mind to grow, one suppresses the soul. Everything that allows the material mind to grow stronger weakens the soul.

Remember that everything is a choice. Focusing on material matters strengthens the material mind.

By being, one strengthens the soul. One stops the material mind and frees the soul.

Everything that everyone does is for the material mind.

This is because everyone has been conditioned to do so. Everyone only focuses on everything that will strengthen the material mind.

They only focus on the material self which is for the material mind. Remember that the material self is created and controlled by the material mind.

Everything that strengthens the material self, strengthens the material mind. Remember that every desire and expectation is for the material self.

If the material self achieves something, it is the material mind which grows stronger. There will be material joy and happiness which will keep the material self trapped.

Everything that one experiences must be used to strengthen the soul. Most people use these to strengthen the material mind and weaken the soul.

Good experiences must be used to strengthen true joy and happiness. They must be used to cultivate gratitude.

Unpleasant experiences must be used to free the soul. They are usually used to diminish the attributes and weaken the soul.

These allow unwanted thoughts and emotions to be created. They keep the soul trapped by diminishing the attributes.

These experiences must be used to free the soul. The material mind must not grow stronger by creating unwanted thoughts and emotions.

Remember that everything is a choice. One chooses to help the material mind or the soul.

One must constantly learn to be free.

As the material mind constantly traps everyone, one must constantly learn to be free. If one becomes complacent, one will become trapped.

It is easy to become trapped because one is surrounded by distractions and attachments. One is also conditioned to desire these.

Very few people can reject distractions and attachments. Very few can be completely free.

Remember that one must be free of all attachments and distractions. One must also be free of all unwanted thoughts and emotions.

One must live the attributes. Only when the attributes are strong can one be free of all unwanted thoughts and emotions.

The attributes must be strong enough to withstand all obstacles and challenges. They must be strong enough to overcome all unwanted thoughts and emotions.

When one does not have any unwanted thoughts or emotions but has the attributes, one is free. Only then are the attributes strong enough.

One must constantly learn and grow. One must constantly be aware of everything.

Remember that the material mind does not rest. It does not stop.

If one stops practising and learning, the material mind will gain control. It will undo everything that one has achieved.

One must learn to live the attributes. The attributes will help one to be.

When one has true joy, happiness, peace and love, nothing else is necessary. That is all one is required to do.

Learn by living the attributes.

The material mind will always try to condition and control everyone.

If one tries to be free, it will try to prevent this. It will not stop.

One cannot stop learning to be free. As one removes one chain, the material mind will try to put another on.

Remember that one can only prevent this by stopping the material mind. One can do this by being.

Only by being, can one prevent all thoughts and emotions. Only then can one stop the material mind from gaining control.

Remember that nothing is necessary. One does not need to do anything. One does not need to know anything.

One only needs to be. By being, one is free.

Remember that the attributes are also important. The attributes will help one to connect with the soul.

By strengthening the attributes, one strengthens the connection with the soul. Remember that nothing is necessary to be able to have the attributes.

The attributes are within. One must allow them to emerge.

One must constantly learn to be. Remember that by being, there is nothing except the attributes.

One is free in true joy and peace. One is filled with true happiness. One is bathed in true love.

One must learn and practise this. One must learn and grow.
