Prevent unwanted thoughts and emotions. Remove unnatural traits and have natural traits. Remove conditionings and control of the material mind. Release all attachments and just be.

Everything that should be, will be.

The material mind has blocked everything so that everyone only perceives what is allowed by the material mind. Everything else is hidden so that everyone remains trapped.

But everything that should be, will be. Nothing can be hidden forever.

At the right time, everything will be known. One will know the truth at the right time.

Most people are not able to see the truth because they refuse to do so. They refuse to see even if it is there.

Some are unaware of the truth because the material mind has blocked everything. But most people refuse to accept the truth.

They prefer to continue following the material path. They refuse to change.

Remember that to change means to prevent unwanted thoughts and emotions. It means to remove all unnatural traits and learn to have natural traits.

When one changes, one removes all the conditionings and control of the material mind. One learns to release all attachments and just be.

Unless one is willing to do these, one will always remain trapped. One will not see the truth even if it is in front of oneself.

But everything that should be, will be. If one refuses to see the truth, one will need to learn.

Remember that some lessons are easy and some are difficult. The more one refuses to learn, the more difficult the lessons will become.

It is easier to allow everything that should be, to be. It is easier to change.

One has the choice. One must make the right choices if one wants everything to be easy.

The material mind has blocked everything from everyone.

But everything that should be, will be. Even if one resists this, it will come to pass.

Nothing can prevent this. Everything that should be, will be.

The truth will be known. Whether one accepts the truth or not, the truth will be known.

Most people refuse to accept the truth. They assume that if they refuse to accept it, they can continue as they were.

The truth is there so that everyone changes. It is a reminder so that the journey can be completed.

Most people refuse to accept the truth because they refuse to change. They are unaware that they will either need to change or to suffer the consequences.

Remember that the journey must be completed. One can complete it easily or choose a difficult way.

The easy way to complete the journey is to accept the truth. It is easier to change than to choose not to.

Remember that everything that the material mind has created is unnatural. All that is unnatural must be removed.

All the conditionings and control of the material mind must be removed. All unnatural traits must be removed.

One can choose to change or one can choose to experience pain and suffering. Everything that is unnatural will create suffering.

When one is free, one moves according to the flow. There is no resistance.

If one resists, one will need to struggle. Remember that everything in the universe moves in a certain way.

Remember that one cannot fight this. One can only allow oneself to be carried along.

One must accept the truth. One must allow everything that should be, to be.

It is pointless to resist as it is the way it should be.

Everything is as it should be. One cannot change it. One can only change oneself.

When time to complete the journey, it will be completed. Be willing. Believe and trust that it will be.

There are not many who will complete the journey directly.

The journey can be completed directly or indirectly. Most of those who complete the journey, do so indirectly.

Completing the journey indirectly is where one resolves past burdens. One resolves these through one's thoughts, words, emotions and actions.

One also acquires good consequences through one's thoughts, words, emotions and actions. One is also free from all unwanted thoughts and emotions.

These can be achieved through practise and being aware. One can attain these by breaking free of all conditionings and control of the material mind.

One may not be aware of completing the journey but the effect is the same. When the material self breaks free, the soul is free.

Completing the journey directly is through the connection with the soul. Few are able to connect with the soul.

Those who are able to do so can complete the journey because of the guidance of the soul. One is also connected with the soul so one is able to make the right choices.

A few are able to complete the journey through connection with Me. I will guide them to complete the journey.

When it is time to complete the journey, it will be completed. One only has to be willing. One must believe and trust that it will be.

The most important thing is that the journey is completed.

As long as the journey is not completed, one will continue in the cycle of life. One will need to try to complete the journey again and again.

Most journeys which are completed are done so indirectly. One learns to live the attributes and be free of all unwanted consequences and burdens.

One learns these through one's lifetimes. One becomes wiser as one learns through pain and suffering.

Some learn through others. They learn to break free and to resolve past burdens.

They avoid acquiring new burdens and are able to be free of all unwanted thoughts and emotions. The journey is completed because they have learnt and practised.

Few are able to complete the journey directly. This requires connection with the soul or the Supreme One.

When one is connected, one is guided to complete the journey. One is guided directly.

Those who are guided will not become lost again. They will be guided to return home.

Everything will be as it should be. Nothing and nobody can prevent this.

Complete the journey as soon as one becomes aware. Mind will prevent one becoming free. As one breaks free, it will be more difficult. If you delay the process you become lost and trapped. Time and energy are limited.

All desires and expectations are unnecessary and irrelevant.

Most people have desires and expectations as their purpose of life. When these are achieved, they are replaced with more desires and expectations.

Desires and expectations do not have any value except to the material mind. The mind creates material joy and happiness when one achieves one's desires and expectations.

Then more desires and expectations will be created. The cycle continues until there is no longer any time or energy left.

Desires and expectations are unnecessary. They are instruments that keep everyone trapped.

One does not achieve anything even if one acquires every desire and expectation. There is nothing of value.

One only creates more unwanted thoughts and emotions. One only acquires more burdens and unwanted consequences.

One must be remember that only the completion of the journey is important. If one can make progress on this, then one has achieved something of value.

If one has not made any progress on completing the journey, nothing is achieved. One has wasted time and energy.

Remember that time and energy are limited. When these are finished, one must begin again.

Remember that the more one begins to break free, the more difficult it will be. One must complete the journey as soon as one becomes aware.

The material mind will create more obstacles and challenges to prevent one from being free. One cannot stop or delay the process or one will become more lost and trapped.

Desires and expectations are created by the material mind to keep everyone trapped.

Those who have many desires and expectations are lost and are unaware of it. They are so focused on achieving these desires and expectations that they are unaware that they are becoming more trapped.

Most of their time and energy is wasted on achieving these desires and expectations. They may not have sufficient time and energy to break free.

Their lives are wasted and they will have to begin the journey again. They will have many life cycles until they learn to be free, or it will be too late.

Remember that only the completion of the journey is important. Everything else is irrelevant.

There is nothing that one can achieve through one's desires and expectations. There is nothing of value.

Remember that all desires and expectations are stimulants that the material mind creates so that one can have material joy and happiness when one achieves them. They are actually nothing.

Most people consider desires and expectations to be most important. They focus on these and make them their purpose in life.

Remember that nothing is achieved even when one achieves all of one's desires and expectations. There is nothing important.

If one makes even a little progress on the journey, one would have achieved more than if one has achieved all of one's desires and expectations. Remember that all desires and expectations are about one's material self and nothing else.

When one focuses on one's desires and expectations, one focuses on oneself. Nothing and nobody else is important.

One becomes lost in one's own desires and expectations. One becomes absorbed in oneself.

Remember that the material self is created by the material mind. It will disappear when the soul leaves the material world.

All desires and expectations will also disappear. There will be nothing because there was always nothing.
