True joy and happiness in my creations come from Me. They exist within. One only needs to be.

One does not need to seek joy or happiness.

Joy and happiness are in being. One does not need to seek them.

It is the material mind which has conditioned everyone to seek material joy and happiness. These must be sought because they are created through stimulants.

Material joy and happiness can only be created through stimulants. One must seek the stimulants in order to have material joy and happiness.

But true joy and happiness do not need stimulants. They are not created by the material mind.

True joy and happiness exist in all my creations. These exist because they come from Me.

One does not need to seek them. They exist within.

One only needs to be. One must prevent the material mind from blocking them.

Unwanted thoughts and emotions will block true joy and happiness. They will diminish them.

By being, one allows true joy and happiness to grow. There will be joy and happiness by being.

Most people seek material joy and happiness because they believe that there is nothing else.

They are unaware of true joy and happiness. They also seek material joy and happiness because they have been conditioned to do so by the material mind.

Remember that because material joy and happiness need stimulants, one becomes trapped by these. Most people seek stimulants and these become the focus of their lives.

Stimulants are created by the material mind to keep everyone trapped. The more stimulants one seeks, the more trapped one becomes.

True joy and happiness do not require stimulants. They exist in being.

One only needs to be in order to have true joy and happiness. One only needs to be for true joy and happiness to grow.

One does not need to seek these. One does not need to do anything except to be.

Everything one receives, must be released into the universe, to receive more. If one releases goodness, one will receive goodness.

Everything that is released into the universe will return.

There is nothing that is not returned. Everything that is released will return.

Everything that one receives, must be released into the universe. This will enable one to receive more.

If one releases unwanted matters, one will receive unwanted matters. If one releases goodness, one will receive goodness.

Most people receive goodness but release unwanted matters. They do not release the goodness that they receive.

Those who receive unwanted matters, release these. Most people release more unwanted matters than they receive.

Remember that it is natural to receive what one gives. It is part of the universe.

Nothing and nobody can change this. This is the way it is.

Most people believe that they can cheat the universe.

They believe that they can escape bearing the consequences. They believe that if they are smart, they will be able to do anything without bearing the consequences.

Nobody is in charge of this. It is the universe that is responsible for this.

Everything that is released, is also received. Nothing can be hidden. Nothing can be changed.

If one hits one's palm on the water, there will be a splash. One cannot change this.

Everything that is released into the universe will create a boomerang reaction. Everything will return to where it came from.

It may take time but it will happen. Sometimes a few consequences will come together.

When one receives goodness, one must also release this. Most people keep the goodness and release unwanted matters.

Soon the goodness will stop and only unwanted matters will be received. Remember that nothing can change this.

This is the natural way. This is the way the universe works.

Control the material mind, unwanted thoughts and emotions. Create thoughts and emotions based on the attributes.

If one can gain control over the material mind, one can can also control all thoughts and emotions.

Remember that all unwanted thoughts and emotions are created by the material mind. If one can gain control over the material mind, one can control these.

One must also remember that all unwanted thoughts and emotions are unnecessary. They do not help anyone in any way.

The material mind creates unwanted thoughts and emotions so that everyone is trapped. They acquire new burdens and unwanted consequences and so, continue experiencing pain and suffering.

If one can control the material mind, one can control these unwanted thoughts and emotions. One can create thoughts and emotions based on the attributes.

It is the conditioning of the material mind which creates all unnatural traits. If one removes these, one will be free.

When one practises these lessons, one will progress. Gradually one will be able to be free.

The material mind controls everything in the material world.

This is because everyone allows it to do so. If everyone prevents this, the material mind will no longer have any control.

Everyone perceives through the material mind. If they prevented this, everything will be different.

If one can gain control over the material mind, one can control many things. One can control all thoughts and emotions.

Remember that it is the material mind which creates unwanted thoughts and emotions. If one gained control of the material mind, one can control these too.

If one feels angry or unhappy or guilty or afraid, one can control these if one has control. One can remove all thoughts which strengthen these unwanted emotions.

Then one can create thoughts and emotions based on the attributes. One can be free of all pain and suffering.

Remember that unwanted thoughts and emotions create pain and suffering. If one is unhappy, one experiences pain and suffering.

If one can control all thoughts, unwanted thoughts will not be created. Unwanted emotions will also not be created.

Remember that all unwanted thoughts and emotions are unnecessary. They can be removed at any time.

If one can gain control over the material mind, one can remove all conditionings and unnatural traits. One can remove all pain and suffering.

It may seem to be difficult, but if one practises, one can achieve this. One can learn to control the material mind so that one is not controlled by it.

When the material mind is silenced, the control of the material mind can be removed. By being, the material mind is silenced.

It is not easy to be, because the material mind will always want to be involved.

The more one becomes involved, the stronger the material mind will be. This will give it more control.

If the material mind is weak, it will not be in control. It will not try to condition the material self.

As the material mind grows stronger, the material self becomes stronger too. The soul becomes weaker because the material mind suppresses the soul.

Only when the material mind is silenced, can the control of the material mind be removed. By being, the material mind is silenced.

This allows the conditionings and control of the material mind to be removed. It also allows the soul to grow stronger.

One must learn to be. One must practise being constantly.

Remember that the soul needs to grow. Being is like breathing.

In order to live life's purpose, one must be. In order for the soul to grow, there must be life's purpose.

Everyone is involved in material matters because the material mind wants these.

The material mind wants to be involved in material matters so that it can control and condition everyone. It can also grow stronger.

The more one is involved in material matters, the stronger the material mind will grow. All natural traits can also be replaced with unnatural traits.

Material matters also help the material mind to keep everyone trapped. These are distractions and attachments that will keep everyone lost and trapped.

When one is attached or distracted, one will not seek to find the truth. One will not try to break free.

It is like a child being occupied with a toy. The child will not try to do something else as long as the child is distracted.

All material matters are distractions. One will not want to break free as long as one is distracted. One will remain trapped for years or decades or lifetimes.

Remember that all material matters are irrelevant. They are creations of the material mind to keep one trapped.

The journey will not be completed if one is trapped. It will take longer for the journey to be completed.

Remember that the soul must be free. Only when one is free, can the soul be free.

Only by being, can one break free of the conditionings and control of the material mind. By being, one weakens the material mind but strengthens the soul.
