It is not easy to be, because the material mind will always want to be involved.

The more one becomes involved, the stronger the material mind will be. This will give it more control.

If the material mind is weak, it will not be in control. It will not try to condition the material self.

As the material mind grows stronger, the material self becomes stronger too. The soul becomes weaker because the material mind suppresses the soul.

Only when the material mind is silenced, can the control of the material mind be removed. By being, the material mind is silenced.

This allows the conditionings and control of the material mind to be removed. It also allows the soul to grow stronger.

One must learn to be. One must practise being constantly.

Remember that the soul needs to grow. Being is like breathing.

In order to live life's purpose, one must be. In order for the soul to grow, there must be life's purpose.

Everyone is involved in material matters because the material mind wants these.

The material mind wants to be involved in material matters so that it can control and condition everyone. It can also grow stronger.

The more one is involved in material matters, the stronger the material mind will grow. All natural traits can also be replaced with unnatural traits.

Material matters also help the material mind to keep everyone trapped. These are distractions and attachments that will keep everyone lost and trapped.

When one is attached or distracted, one will not seek to find the truth. One will not try to break free.

It is like a child being occupied with a toy. The child will not try to do something else as long as the child is distracted.

All material matters are distractions. One will not want to break free as long as one is distracted. One will remain trapped for years or decades or lifetimes.

Remember that all material matters are irrelevant. They are creations of the material mind to keep one trapped.

The journey will not be completed if one is trapped. It will take longer for the journey to be completed.

Remember that the soul must be free. Only when one is free, can the soul be free.

Only by being, can one break free of the conditionings and control of the material mind. By being, one weakens the material mind but strengthens the soul.

One must learn to prevent the material mind from creating unwanted thoughts and emotions.

There is no reason for one to have unwanted emotions unless one allows them to be created. One can prevent this if one wants to.

Most people have unwanted thoughts and emotions. They assume that there is nothing that they can do to prevent this.

Others make them believe that these unwanted emotions can be overcome through material things and actions. They create untruths that make everyone become more trapped.

One does not need material things or activities to overcome unwanted thoughts and emotions. These are only stimulants.

Remember that these stimulants will trap one. They only provide temporary material joy and happiness.

Unwanted thoughts and emotions can be overcome by preventing the material mind from creating them. One can stop the material mind if one chooses to.

It may not be easy because of the conditionings and control of the material mind but it is not impossible. Remember that one can control the material mind.

One can stop it by being. One can silence it.

Remember that the material mind only controls one because one allows it to. It can to stopped.

Always remember that everything is a choice. One makes the choices.

Everyone is conditioned and controlled by the material mind but this can be stopped at anytime.

Most people allow the material mind to condition and control them. It is not unstoppable.

Remember that all unwanted thoughts and emotions are created by the material mind. But these can be prevented.

Unwanted thoughts and emotions are not natural. They are not a part of the natural traits. They are unnatural.

One can prevent these if one chooses. One can stop the material mind from creating them.

If one is unhappy or lonely or bored or guilty or angry or has any other unwanted emotions, one can stop them. One can prevent the material mind from creating them.

Most people believe untruths that unwanted emotions can be overcome through material things and activities. Remember that these are stimulants.

Remember that these stimulants only provide temporary material joy and happiness. Then one becomes trapped as one will continuously require stimulants.

One can always stop the material mind. One can stop it from being in control.

The material mind does not need to be in control. One can be free of its control.

It may be difficult to break free but one must learn and practise. One must make an effort if one wants to be free.

Remember that one has allowed oneself to become trapped. One has allowed oneself to become conditioned.

If one has fallen into a pit, one must make the effort to climb out. One cannot lie there and expect to be carried out.

These messages will help one to break free. One must use them to help one to break free.

Everyone has been conditioned to assume that one can change everything that happens.

Everything that should be, will be. Nothing and nobody can change this.

One can only change one's own choices. One can change one's path.

But everything that happens on the path, cannot be changed. One must accept everything.

One cannot change another's choices. One cannot change another's path.

One may be an instrument. One may be a catalyst but one cannot change anything.

If one is the cause of something or a catalyst, it is because of one's past burdens and consequences. If there are more burdens, then it is inevitable.

Nobody is important enough to be the cause of anything. Nobody is important enough to change anything.

Remember that no matter what one chooses or does, everything will be as it should be. One must accept everything.

One must not consider oneself to be so important as to be a source. One is only a part of everything.

One must learn to accept everything. One must learn not to allow any unwanted thoughts or emotions to be created because of this.

Remember that everything that should be, will be.

The material mind has conditioned everyone to believe that they are important.

This is an untruth as nobody is important. Everyone is just a part of the play.

Nobody is important enough to change anything. Everything that happens, will happen.

Everything that should be, will be. Nothing is random.

Nobody and nothing can change anything. One can only change one's choices. The consequence are only for oneself.

One's choices do not change another's consequences. Everyone is only responsible for their own choices.

A leaf in the ocean does not create the waves. It is carried by the waves.

If the leaf lands on a rock or on the beach, the waves will still continue. Nothing and nobody can change this.

Similarly everything that happens, will happen. If one stands in a storm, one will not stop the storm but one will get wet. One can choose to stand in the storm or seek shelter.

One can only make choices for one's journey. One can be prepared or unprepared.

The journey will still continue. The journey will still end regardless of everything.

Remember that one is just a part of everything. Nothing and nobody is important.

Everything is a part.
