One must be aware that all fears and doubts are created by the material mind to keep everyone trapped.

Most people allow these fears and doubts to keep them trapped. They are trapped only because they allow the fears and doubts to do so.

These fears and doubts are only creations of the material mind. They do not exist.

When one trusts in me, there must be no doubts or fears. There must be only trust.

One must be aware of this. One must gain control over the fears and doubts. One must choose to overcome them by not accepting them.

Remember that fears and doubts are unwanted thoughts and emotions. They can either be accepted or ignored.

If they are accepted, they will gain control. They will grow stronger and gain more control.

If they are ignored, they will pass without gaining control. They will not grow but will disappear.

Remember that one must choose to trust me or to have fears and doubts.

The material mind will constantly create unwanted thoughts and emotions.

Fears and doubts are the most powerful besides desires and expectations. These unwanted thoughts and emotions will keep everyone trapped.

These unwanted thoughts and emotions will allow other unwanted thoughts and emotions to be created. They will grow stronger and gain control.

When one is controlled by these unwanted emotions, one is trapped. It is difficult to break free of these.

But unless one overcomes these unwanted thoughts and emotions, one cannot be free. One cannot live life's purpose if one is controlled by these unwanted thoughts and emotions.

When one trusts the Supreme One, one cannot have fears and doubts. One cannot trust the Supreme One if one has fears and doubts.

These unwanted thoughts and emotions are the opposite of faith and trust. They are the opposite of the attributes.

Remember that these are creations of the material mind. They are used to control everyone.

These unwanted thoughts and emotions are not real. They exist only when one allows them to.

Everything that one needs is within oneself.

One does not need to seek anything from outside. One does not need to to constantly seek everything externally.

Everything that is required is within. Everything that is within is sufficient.

One can find peace from within. One can find balance and peace that is within oneself.

One can find joy within. This joy is in every being.

There is abundance of happiness in everyone. But this has been lost because they have become lost.

Most importantly there is love within. This love is the strength that one needs to complete the journey.

This love will help one find the way home. This love is the light that shines the way in darkness.

Everything is within. One only needs to see this.

Everyone has been conditioned to seek everything from the material mind.

The material mind has created countless distractions so that everyone will be lost. There are distractions for everything that one needs.

Remember that everything material is a distraction. Nothing is relevant.

Everything that one requires is within. One only needs to find it.

As everyone has been conditioned to seek everything externally, nobody seeks within. Everyone has been conditioned to believe the material mind and seek blindly.

Remember that as long as one seek externally, one will never find everything that one needs. One can only find everything that is needed, within.

Everything is within. There is abundance.

Only when one is filled with material matters is one empty. Only when one's focus is material does one feel empty.

There is peace and balance within everyone. There is joy and happiness.

Most importantly there is love that will guide one to complete the journey. It will help one to make the right choices.

Everything that is necessary is within. Everything that is external is irrelevant.

Instead of allowing the material mind to speak, one must learn to allow the soul to speak.

Instead of listening to the material mind, one must learn to listen to the soul. One must learn to silence the material mind and listen to the soul.

The material mind has blocked everyone from listening to the soul. It has created sounds which continuously distract one so that one cannot hear the soul.

Everyone is constantly surrounded by material distractions. One cannot hear the soul because of these distractions.

One must learn to silence the material mind. One must learn to remove all distractions.

Then one must learn to listen to the soul. Only when one is able to remove all distractions and blockages can one hear the soul.

Remember that the soul is always there. The soul is always willing to speak.

But only few can hear the soul. Only few are willing to listen to the soul.

The material mind has control of all the senses.

It controls everything that one sees and hears. It only allows everything that it wants and blocks everything that it does not want.

The material mind wants everyone to be distracted. So everyone is always surrounded by distractions.

Remember that the material mind does not want anyone to listen to the soul. It only wants everyone to listen to what is tells them.

Everyone has been conditioned to listen to the material mind. They have been conditioned to block everything when the soul speaks.

One must learn to silence the material mind. Then one can be free of its conditioning and control.

Then one must learn to listen to the soul. One must learn to be so that one is free to hear the soul.

It takes time to learn this but one must first remove all distractions. Then one must learn to be.

Surrounding oneself with constant distractions will not help one to be connected with the soul. It will only help one to remain trapped.

It creates unwanted thoughts and emotions. It creates unwanted words and actions.

Instead of allowing it to do so, one must learn to create thoughts filled with the attributes. One must learn to create words and actions filled with the attributes.

One must practise creating thoughts filled with joy and peace and happiness and love. One must replace all unwanted thoughts with these.

If one is able to do this, all unwanted emotions will be replaced with the attributes. One will not have unwanted words and actions because there are no unwanted emotions.

One can condition oneself to live the attributes. One can replace the conditionings of the material mind with new conditionings.

One can condition oneself. One can learn to have thoughts and emotions filled with the attributes.

It is one's choice to follow a path. One can choose to allow the material mind to control or to be free.

It is difficult to break free of all conditionings and control of the material mind mainly because most people refuse to do so.

They want to remain conditioned and controlled. They do not see any reason to change this.

Even when they have unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions, they do not want to change. They expect others to change or to accept them as they are.

When one is aware of all the unwanted thoughts and emotions that one has, one can be free of them. One can remove them if one wants to.

Remember that unwanted thoughts and emotions are not natural. They are conditionings of the material mind.

One can remove them by replacing them with thoughts and emotions filled with the attributes. One can learn to have all thoughts and emotions filled with the attributes.

Instead of having thoughts which are filled with sadness and loneliness, one can have thoughts filled with joy and happiness.

Instead of focusing on everything that one lacks, one can focus on everything that one has. One can focus on everything that one is.

If there is some trait that is unwanted, one can change this. If there are conditionings of the material mind that are unwanted, one can remove them.

Remember that one can choose. Everything is a choice.

If one changes one's thoughts, words, emotions and actions, one can change everything.
