One must be aware of every unwanted thought, word, emotion and action.

One must be aware of every one of these, so that one does not share them. One must be aware of these, so that one can prevent them from being created.

Remember that all unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions are unnecessary. They do not help anyone, in any way.

Unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions create more unwanted thoughts and emotions. If one shares them, they will only multiply.

They also created unwanted consequences and burdens. They create unwanted energies.

Remember that unwanted energies create imbalances. When there are imbalances, there is chaos.

Only when there is balance can the attributes grow. Imbalances and chaos create more unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions.

It is a cycle: the more unwanted matters there are, the more matters are created. The attributes will not grow.

In order to break this cycle, one must be aware of every unwanted thought, word, emotion and action. Then, one can prevent them.

The material mind will always create unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions.

These are increasing because, more people allow them to be created. Almost everyone has some, or all of these.

Remember that these are constantly created. Every moment, most people have either an unwanted thought or emotion, or speak unwanted words, or perform unwanted actions.

As these are created, unwanted energies are also created. These create imbalances which create more unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions.

This cycle continues until there is chaos, at all times. One is constantly surrounded by unwanted energies.

In order to prevent this, one must be aware of every unwanted thought, word, emotion and action. Only then can one prevent these from being created.

Remember that there is nothing to be gained, through these unwanted matters. They are unnecessary.

Having an unwanted thought will not help one, in any way. Having an unwanted emotion will not make one happier. Using an unwanted word or action will not help one, either.

All unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions are unnecessary. One can live without them.

One must learn to live without these. If a parent has unwanted emotions or words, a child will also be affected. The child will then have unwanted emotions.

One cannot have true joy or happiness, if one has unwanted thoughts or words, or emotions or actions. Only when one is free of these, can one have the attributes.

Remember that one is responsible for having or preventing unwanted matters. Nobody else is responsible.

One must choose to allow or prevent them. Remember that everything has consequences.

It has created words that are similar to the truth. Many people believe in these words.

Words created by the material mind only keep everyone trapped. They do not free anyone.

Words created by the material mind may seem similar to the truth but, they are untrue. They do not allow one to be free of all control and conditionings.

When one believes in these words of the material mind, one becomes more trapped. One becomes conditioned and controlled.

These messages are through the soul. They are from the Supreme One.

These messages are true. One can be free through these messages.

These messages strengthen the attributes. They help one to be free of all conditionings and control.

These messages are true because one becomes free. They are true because they do not help one to acquire new burdens or unwanted consequences.

Remember that the truth sets one free. Untruths keep one trapped.

When one is free, one can remove these conditionings and controls. But it is difficult to break free.

One can be free when one connects with the soul. This connection enables the material self to be strong.

When one is connected with the soul, the soul will guide one's thoughts, words, emotions and actions. These will not be controlled by the material mind.

Remember that the material mind wants everyone to be trapped in the cycle of life. The soul will want the journey to be completed.

The material mind will try to keep everyone trapped for as long as possible.

If one allows the material mind to condition and control, then one will remain trapped. One will constantly acquire new burdens and unwanted consequences.

Only when one is free of these conditionings and controls, can one prevent acquiring new burdens and unwanted consequences. One can also be free of distractions and attachments.

But it is difficult to break free. The material mind will always try to keep one trapped.

The material self is created by the material mind. It can only be free of the material mind when there is realisation.

Realisation is being aware of the truth. It is the awareness that one can either be connected with the material mind or the soul.

When one connects with the soul, one can break free of the material mind. The soul will guide one's thoughts, words, emotions and actions.

Thoughts, words, emotions and actions, which are guided by the soul will not allow one to acquire new burdens or unwanted consequences. They will help the attributes to grow stronger.

One must choose to allow the soul, or the material mind to guide one. One must choose to be free, or be trapped.

One must make the right choices.

One only needs to trust in the Supreme One. The Supreme One will ensure that one is cared for, and protected.

The Supreme One will care for, and protect all one's loved ones. When one entrusts them to the Supreme One, they will be cared for, and protected.

It is not everyone, who will have this. One must believe in the Supreme One.

Only those who believe in the Supreme One completely, will be blessed. Only those who are blessed, will receive this protection, and care.

One does not need to be concerned. When one entrusts everything to the Supreme One, one will be assured of being blessed.

Celebrate this, for not many are blessed. Celebrate this with gratitude and joy.

When one trusts the Supreme One, one must surrender to Her. One cannot hold on to everything yet claim to trust in the Supreme One.

Remember that everything is, according to the will of the Supreme One. Everything that should be, will come to be.

When one surrenders completely, the Supreme One will carry one's cares. Everything that is surrendered to the Supreme One, will be in Her hands.

One must learn to be detached, from everything. Even when one is surrounded by distractions, one must learn not to become involved.

The material mind will try to distract one. Remember that it does not want anyone to follow the true path.

Only when one is able to be detached from all distractions, can one be free. Then, one can follow the true path, without being distracted from it.

Most people who have found the true path become distracted. They lose focus, and follow the material path.

Most of them are unaware of doing this. They become lost and trapped without realising it.

One must always be aware of everything. Only then can the journey be completed.

It is difficult to be free of all distractions because, everyone has been conditioned to have them.

The material mind constantly creates distractions. It also creates attachments, to these distractions.

If one is attached to even one distraction, one will be trapped. Most people are attached to countless distractions.

Only when one is aware of all distractions, can one prevent oneself from being attached. If one is not aware, one will easily become attached.

Most people who have found the true path become lost and trapped, because of this. They have attachments, without being aware.

They become distracted from the true path, without being aware. They will not be free because, they are unaware of being lost.

One must learn to be aware, of all distractions. One must recognise them.

Remember that the material world, and everything in it, are distractions. All thoughts and emotions are also distractions.

Only when one is aware, can one prevent oneself from being trapped. Only then, can one be free.

Remember that distractions are part of the material self. It is difficult to break free of them.

One must learn to do so, in order to be free. One must be free, in order for the journey to be completed.
