Everything is important only because of desires and expectations.

If there are no desires and expectations, nothing will be important. Everything will be irrelevant.

If there is a need, then there will be a need. After the need is satisfied, it becomes irrelevant.

If there are desires and expectations, nothing will be irrelevant. Everything will be important because desires and expectations can never be satisfied.

Remember that there are only limited needs. Everything else is desires and expectations.

When one removes all desires and expectations, one becomes free of all material matters. They will become irrelevant because one does not consider them to be important.

Remember that only the necessities are important. All other things are irrelevant, and are only attachments.

The material mind creates desires and expectations so that everyone is trapped. But, everything that one considers to be important is irrelevant.

Only when one becomes aware of this can one break free. If one does not break free, one will continue to hold on to irrelevant matters.

Remember that everything that is irrelevant is a waste of time and energy. One can spend one's time and energy on being joyous and at peace.

One must choose how one spends one's time and energy, as these are limited.

Most people are trapped, because of their desires and expectations.

Remember that these are endless. They continue to grow, and are never fulfilled.

There is always more, that one desires and expects. All material matters become important, because of this.

Only the necessities are important. When one's needs are satisfied, nothing is important.

Clothes are important to cover oneself. The designs and colours are irrelevant because the function is the same.

But, if one is to fulfil one's desires and expectations, the designs and colours of clothes are limitless. Similarly, desires and expectations for other matters are also limitless.

One must be aware of everything that one desires and expects. One must not allow oneself to be controlled by them.

Remember that material matters are important, only because of desires and expectations. They are actually irrelevant as they are not necessary to life.

One can live a full life without most material matters. One can have joy and peace and happiness and love.

But one will not have the attributes, even if one has everything that one desires and expects. There will always be more that one desires and expects.

One must learn to live a life filled with the attributes and not material matters. If one has the attributes, one has everything. If one does not have the attributes, one has nothing, as everything becomes worthless.

When one places one's trust in me, I will protect one. I will ensure that one is safe and all is well.

The trust in me must be strong. It must be able to withstand any trials.

The protection that one receives is dependent on the trust that one has. The stronger the trust, the stronger the protection will be.

One is always protected but most people have rejected this. They do not trust in me.

They believe the material mind. They believe in others.

Trust in me and I will always be with you.

The material mind will try to gain everyone's trust.

It wants everyone to become dependent on it. In this way, it can gain control.

One must learn to trust the Supreme One. There is none, greater than the Supreme One.

Everything comes from the Creator. Everything will return to the Creator.

When one trusts the Supreme One, one will be protected and everything will be well. One will receive blessings, because of the trust and love that one has.

Remember that only when one trusts the Supreme One, can one be helped. If one depends on the material mind, only the material mind has control.

Remember that the material mind will only help, to gain more control over the material self. It is not capable of anything else.

It creates thoughts and emotions. One can either allow these to be created, or prevent them.

It is similar to one's eyes. One can choose what to see, or with one's voice, one can choose what to speak.

Nothing can come to be without one allowing it. Everything is dependent on one's choices.

One must learn to trust the Supreme One if one wants to be protected. The protection is dependent on one's trust.

One is blessed with so many things. One must be aware of this and appreciate everything.

One must learn to trust the Creator, for nobody loves us as much as the Creator loves us.

One must learn to remove all conditionings and control of the material mind.

Everything that one perceives is through this control and conditioning. Only when one removes this control and conditioning, can one be free.

One must learn to change. One must learn to be free of the control and conditionings, so that one can change.

It is not necessary to be as one is. Remember that, one is the way that the material mind wants one to be.

One is not the natural self. One is not filled with joy or peace or happiness or love because, one has been controlled and conditioned.

One has learnt all the unnatural traits, and replaced all the natural traits. One has learnt to perceive everything, through the control and conditionings of the material mind.

When one is free of this control and conditioning, one will be able to live life's purpose. One will not be trapped by unwanted thoughts and emotions.

Remember that everything is a choice. The material mind does not force anyone to become controlled or conditioned.

One chooses to allow the material mind to condition and control. One chooses to allow unwanted thoughts and emotions to be created.

One chooses to be trapped by attachments and distractions. One chooses everything.

One can also choose to be free. Only when one chooses, can one be free.

The material mind has conditioned and controlled everyone but, it is their choice to be conditioned and controlled.

Remember that everyone has a choice. Nobody is forced to have unnatural traits, or be conditioned.

One chooses to have attachments. One chooses to have desires and expectations. One chooses everything.

Remember that there are consequences for every choice. If one chooses to have attachments or unnatural traits, one will be trapped.

One is attracted to these choices and becomes trapped. One is attracted to imitation joy and happiness, and becomes trapped.

One can be free, just as one can be trapped. It all depends on the choices that one makes.

It is difficult to break free of all conditionings and control because the material mind will trigger thoughts and emotions to prevent this. But one can choose to ignore these thoughts and emotions.

One can remove all control and conditionings if one chooses. One can choose to remove them and be free.

Most people are content, being controlled and conditioned. They do not want to be free.

Remember that one must first be aware that one is trapped. Then one must want to be free.

Without this, one will always be trapped. One will always have unnatural traits. One will not be one's natural self.

Remember that one cannot have true joy and happiness, if one has imitation joy and happiness. One cannot be free of all fears and doubts, if one holds on to them.

One must choose. It is always one's choice.

Being guilty or regretful is also the same as being indulgent and lazy.

These thoughts and emotions are created by the material mind. They are unwanted and unnatural.

Being guilty and regretful will not help one in any way. One will only generate unwanted energies.

Nothing can be resolved through these unwanted thoughts and emotions. They will only create more unwanted thoughts and emotions.

Remember that being guilty or regretful is to allow the material mind to create unwanted thoughts and emotions. It is, to allow them to grow and spread.

Many people have these thoughts and emotions. They cloud their perception of everything else.

Being guilty and regretful are unnatural traits. They are created by the material mind to keep one trapped.

It is difficult to be free if one has these thoughts and emotions. These thoughts and emotions keep one trapped so that one does not want to break free.

One must learn to remove these unnatural traits. One must learn to be free of them.

One must learn to have natural traits. One must live with the attributes.

The material mind will trap everyone through one way or another.

If one way does not succeed, then it will use another way. If it cannot make one indulgent or lazy, it will make one feel guilty and regretful.

These thoughts and emotions are created to prevent one from being free. When one has these thoughts and emotions, one will not want to be free.

One will be trapped by these thoughts and emotions. One will be incapable of breaking free.

These thoughts and emotions create obstacles which one will find difficult to overcome. They will weigh one down so that one will not be able to stand up.

Remember that one must recognise these thoughts and emotions. One must be aware of them and recognise them for what they really are.

Then one must remove them. One must be aware that it is unnatural to have these thoughts and emotions.

One must always have natural traits. All unnatural traits must be removed.

All other creatures do not have these unnatural traits. If they did, they would not be able to survive.

All creatures have joy and happiness. They live life's purpose and do not carry all the obstacles that the material mind creates.

Remember that everything that the material mind creates is irrelevant. It is unnecessary and will cause one to waste time and energy.

One must be free in order to live life's purpose.

One must learn to be patient. One cannot rush and try to change this.

One must wait for the right time. One must learn to trust and be patient.

But one cannot become passive. One cannot wait for everything to happen.

One must trust and live life's purpose. One must connect with the soul, and be.

One cannot become indulgent or lazy and expect everything to be. Being indulgent or lazy is unnatural.

These are unnatural traits. They have unwanted energies.

These traits are created by the material mind. They are products of unwanted thoughts and emotions. They diminish the attributes just as other unwanted thoughts and emotions do.

One must wait for the right time but, one cannot become indulgent or lazy. One could then become self-centred and have desires only for oneself.

One must have natural traits. Natural traits mean that one does everything that is necessary. One does not waste time and energy on irrelevant matters.

Everything that is natural is useful: everything that will help one live life as it is meant to be.

Everyone is concerned about themselves.

Everything is for themselves. If they are concerned for others, it is because of their own thoughts, and emotions.

A person is concerned for another because of the emotions that the person has. If there is no attachment, there is no concern.

Most people have desires and expectations. They want everything at their own time, which is usually immediately.

One must learn to be patient. One must learn to wait for the right time.

But most of those who wait for the right time, do so because they are lazy or indulgent. They want to have an easy life or, they are lazy so they wait.

They wait for everything. They expect everything yet only wait for it. They have unwanted thoughts and emotions and actions.

These traits are unnatural. Laziness and indulgence are unwanted actions created by the material mind.

Natural traits are there so that one has a useful life. One is not lazy or indulgent. One is active and able to do everything that is necessary.

One must wait for the right time by living life's purpose. One cannot allow unwanted thoughts or words or emotions or actions to be created.

If one rushes, one is allowing unwanted thoughts and emotions to control one's actions. If one is lazy, one is also allowing unwanted thoughts and emotions to control.

One must be able to look after oneself. This is a natural trait. Only children are dependent. All adults are not dependent, naturally.

It is unnatural for an adult to be dependent. It is unnatural, and one has allowed the material mind to create these unnatural traits.

One must live a natural life. One must live a meaningful life. One must live life's purpose.

Being free is being oneself, without being conditioned by the material mind, to perceive everything through it. It is not being conditioned to be unnatural. Being free is to live life's purpose.

It is easy to become trapped when one is unaware.

The material mind constantly conditions everyone. It is so subtle that most people are unaware that they are becoming trapped.

But many people want to be free, after they are trapped. They become restless and seek to break free.

Most people try to break free in unwanted ways. They reject all forms of conformity and structure.

This is not being free, but being rebellious. They rebel against all restraints and constraints, without being aware of what they are seeking.

Being free does not mean breaking all restraints and constraints. It does not mean creating opposite results.

Being free is being oneself. It is having natural traits.

Being free is being balanced. It is, not being conditioned or controlled by the material mind, in any way.

Remember that going against all control and conditioning is not being free. One is still controlled and conditioned by the material mind except, it is in unwanted ways.

Being rebellious or destructive or critical, is not being free. This is, allowing unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions to be created.

This is not being free but breaking order and conformity. It is still being controlled by the material mind except in unacceptable ways.

Being free is to be free of all unnatural traits. This includes unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions.

Being free is being oneself, without being conditioned by the material mind, to perceive everything through it. It is not being conditioned to be unnatural.

Being free is to live life's purpose.

Most people are trapped because they are not aware that it is possible to be free.

Those who want to be free find other ways, which are also created by the material mind. They break free of material constraints and restraints.

They assume that by doing so, they are free. But this is also being controlled and conditioned by the material mind except, that there are more unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions.

Being free does not mean being able to have any thoughts or words or emotions or actions. These are all created and controlled by the material mind.

Remember that all unwanted thoughts, words, emotions and actions are unnatural. They are created by the material mind.

As long as one allows these to be created, one is not free. One is only free when one has no unnatural traits.

One is free when one lives life's purpose. One is free when there are no attachments or distractions.

One is free when all material matters become irrelevant. One is free when one can be.
