When one stops seeking material joy and happiness, there will be unwanted thoughts and emotions.

This is because the material joy and happiness are created by the material mind. These will keep everyone trapped and lost.

When one stops seeking these, the material mind will create other unwanted thoughts and emotions.

These are material emotions, created by the material mind. So, the material mind will replace them, with other unwanted thoughts and emotions, so that one will continue to seek these material emotions.

Remember that material joy and happiness are as equally harmful as unwanted thoughts and emotions. They keep one trapped and controlled, by the material mind.

The material mind will be satisfied, when one continuously seeks material joy and happiness. Then one is controlled by it.

Everyone has been conditioned to seek material joy and happiness. When one stops seeking these, one will have an emptiness.

This emptiness will only be eased when one attains true joy and happiness. The attributes will fill one's life, so that there will be no need, to seek material joy and happiness.

When one has the attributes, material joy and happiness will be meaningless. One will not experience these material emotions, any longer.

One must learn to break free, of the need to seek material joy and happiness. One must learn to attain true joy and happiness.

The material mind will always try to keep everyone trapped, and controlled.

This is done through unwanted thoughts, and emotions. When one stops seeking material joy and happiness, unwanted thoughts and emotions are created.

The material mind creates these, so that one will continue seeking material joy and happiness. That is why most people are constantly seeking these material emotions.

They find numerous ways to experience these emotions. When one is finished, they move to the next way to experience them.

This goes on because, when they stop, the material mind creates unwanted thoughts and emotions, which makes them uncomfortable. They become unhappy or bored, or lonely or disappointed, or angry or restless.

This will stop when one continues seeking material joy and happiness. But, these material emotions are only temporary.

The only way to break free of this cycle is to attain true joy and happiness. When one has the attributes, material emotions are irrelevant.

Material joy and happiness will not have the same effects, when one has true joy and happiness. One will not experience material joy and happiness, when one has true joy and happiness.

If one used to find material joy and happiness from activities, one will not experience the same material emotions from these activities, when one has true joy and happiness.

Everything that used to give material joy and happiness will be meaningless. It is like being cured of an addiction.

It is the only way to be free, of the need to seek material joy and happiness. It is the only way to be free, of having unwanted thoughts and emotions, which the material mind will create, when one stops seeking.

The attributes are the way to be free

Everyone has been conditioned to seek material joy and happiness.

These material emotions are the purpose of life, to most people. They spend their lives seeking these material emotions.

When they achieve something, they experience material joy and happiness. So, they are constantly trying to achieve something.

But, these material emotions only last a short time. They disappear, before one can completely enjoy them.

Then, these emotions are sought again. This continues, until there is no time or energy left.

Still, there will not be any joy or happiness. This is because these material emotions are temporary.

If one does not have true joy and happiness, one will not have any joy and happiness. Material joy and happiness are only temporary.

It is useless to seek material joy and happiness because they disappear. No matter how difficult it is to attain these emotions, they will not last.

They disappear, and are forgotten. They only remain as memories, which create a desire to experience them again.

Remember that one's time and energy are limited. If one spends them on temporary emotions, nothing will remain.

One will not have any joy or happiness, when one has no time or energy left.

The material mind will create a need, for material joy and happiness.

Everyone has this need and desire. Everyone seeks these material emotions.

They spend their whole lives seeking these but, they never have them for long. This is because, these emotions are only temporary.

They will disappear, before one has fully enjoyed them. They will leave an emptiness, as they disappear.

Most people seek these emotions in various ways. When they achieve it, these emotions disappear, and they have a need to seek more.

Remember that after climbing one mountain, one will want to climb another, until there are no mountains left to climb.

Everything that one achieves in the material world is only temporary. Nothing remains, and worse, not even the joy and happiness that one hoped for, remains.

Remember that the material joy and happiness that one seeks and finds, will disappear as soon as they appear. Every effort that is put into seeking them is wasted.

It is like chasing the waves in the ocean. They disappear as soon as they appear. They are only temporary, and will be gone. One cannot hold them.

Material joy and happiness are not worth the time and effort that one puts into seeking them. Only true joy and happiness will remain, when one attains them.

They will remain, when one has no time or energy left. They will remain, long after one completes life in the material world.

Fear is a creation of the material mind.

Fear is real to many people but, it does not really exist. Fear is only in the material mind.

When the material mind stops, fear disappears. Only when one allows the material mind to create unwanted thoughts, can fear be created.

The material mind creates fear, to keep everyone controlled. Without fear, the material mind does not have control.

Everything that one fears, is created by the material mind. As long as there is fear, one cannot be free.

Life's purpose cannot exist with fear. There is no purpose, if there is fear.

When one has fears, one is controlled by the material mind. One is trapped.

Only when one removes all fears, can one be free. Only then can one live life's purpose.

There is no real fear because, it is only created by the material mind.

When the material mind wants control, it creates fear. Fear will keep everyone trapped, and controlled.

Others use fear for this purpose, too. Many people use fear, to control others.

Parents and adults use fear, to control children. Superiors use fear, to control those who are under them. Leaders use fear, to control their subjects.

There is actually nothing to fear. The emotion is greater, than the actual thing that is feared.

Some people fear the dark. But the darkness itself, is nothing to be feared.

Similarly, children fear some adults but, the adults themselves are not to be feared. They may inflict pain and suffering but, this is minor, compared to the fear that is created.

Many people fear many things. Pain and suffering cannot be avoided, if they are the consequence of one's burdens.

These will come to pass. They must be resolved.

If there are no burdens, then there is nothing else that needs to be feared. Death is inevitable.

Everyone must die. Sooner or later, everyone must leave the material world.

Harm cannot be prevented. The fear is more harmful than the object of fear.

Remember that the attributes cannot grow if there is fear. Fear is an unwanted emotion. It diminishes the attributes.

There is no purpose of life, if there is fear. Everything that is feared, is a creation of the material mind.

One must be aware that fear is not a thing. It does not exist, outside the material mind.

Only when there is gratitude can there be true joy, peace, happiness and love.

When one appreciates everything that one has, the attributes will grow. They will flourish, and the soul will grow stronger too.

When one appreciates everything that one has, one prevents the material mind from creating unwanted thoughts and emotions. One prevents the material mind, from diminishing one's true joy and happiness.

Remember that when the attributes are diminished, the soul becomes weaker. The soul cannot help and guide, if the soul is weak.

The soul is the life of the self. Without the soul, there is no life.

A weak soul is a weak life. A weak soul is a life without joy and happiness.

One can have everything when one has the attributes. When one has the attributes, one has purpose in life.

Everything is complete when one has the attributes, and the soul is strong. Gratitude is the key to this.

It is difficult to appreciate everything because, the material mind is constantly creating unwanted thoughts and emotions.

It constantly creates desires and expectations, which create unwanted emotions. This is continuous, and repeated.

When one appreciates everything that one has, the attributes grow. They are strengthened.

Without appreciation, the material mind will create unwanted thoughts and emotions. The material mind will diminish all joy, and happiness.

Most people have no joy and happiness, because of the material mind. They lose their awareness of everything that they have, and only focus on everything that they do not have.

This creates unwanted energies, which damage the material form. This chain effect continues, until one breaks free.

Remember that when there are unwanted thoughts and emotions, there are unwanted energies. One is filled with unwanted emotions, which create more pain and suffering.

One cannot be free of these, unless one breaks free. When one is free of these, one will have true joy and happiness.

Remember that the attributes will help the soul to grow stronger. The stronger the attributes, the stronger the soul.

It is difficult to appreciate everything that one has, because the material mind is constantly creating desires, and expectations. It is constantly creating unwanted thoughts and emotions.

The only way to be free, is to continuously appreciate everything. One must constantly be aware of everything, that one has.

Just as the material mind constantly creates unwanted thoughts and emotions, one must constantly appreciate everything. The conditionings of having unwanted thoughts and emotions must be removed.

Remember that this is not natural. Appreciating everything that one has is natural.

Remember that unwanted thoughts and emotions such as unhappiness, greed, envy, anger, loneliness, disappointment, dissatisfaction, guilt, fear and doubt, are all unnatural. They do not exist in the natural self. They are creations of the material mind.

One must learn to release these. One must learn to be completely free of them.

It is difficult to know the truth because the material mind is constantly creating confusion, and blockages.

When one tries to know the truth, the material mind will create numerous ways, to prevent one from succeeding. There will be confusion, and everything to prevent one from knowing the truth.

Those who find the truth will begin to forget it. They will lose their way and become distracted.

It is difficult to follow the true path, when there are so many distractions and obstacles. One may become confused and lost.

Only when one is guided by the soul, can one follow the true path. Remember that the soul will not lose the way.

The soul will not become confused, or distracted. But, one must allow the soul to be strong.

Only when one helps the soul to be strong, can the soul help, and guide. Only when one listens to the soul, can one not become lost, and trapped.

Most people follow the material mind. Then, they make choices, which will weaken the soul.

They refuse to listen to the soul because the material mind becomes stronger. They make choices, which will lead them away from the true path.

This is how most people become lost, and trapped again. It is easy to become lost, and trapped.

When one listens to the material mind, one allows it to gain control. One allows the material mind to grow stronger, but weakens the soul.

Remember that every choice is important. Only the right choices will help one, to be free. All other choices will keep one lost and trapped.

The material mind will prevent everyone from being free.

It will prevent everyone from knowing the truth. It will do anything to prevent this.

Even when one finds the truth, it is difficult to hold on to it. It is difficult to change and follow the true path.

There are so many distractions. The material mind will also create obstacles, which will create confusion.

Then, one will allow the material mind to grow stronger, while weakening the soul. Material matters become more important, than the truth.

It is difficult to keep believing in the truth, when there is constant confusion and distractions. It is difficult to be free.

Only when one is guided by the soul, can one follow the true path. The soul will help one, to make the right choices.

The soul will help one to be free but, one must be prepared to listen to the soul. Remember that not all the right choices are right, according to the material mind.

One must choose to make the right choices for the soul, or the material mind. One must choose to follow only one path.

Most people follow the material mind, even when they find the true path. Following the true path is difficult.

There are more challenges and obstacles in following the true path. Remember that the material mind will not allow one to be free.

When one is confused, nothing is clear. One cannot see anything clearly.

Everything becomes blurred when one is confused. Everyone assumes that they know everything but, they do not.

They only know what the material mind tells them. They only know what is allowed.

The truth can never be known, when one is confused. Everything that is irrelevant becomes relevant, and everything that is important is forgotten.

Only by being, can one gain clarity. Only when the material mind is silenced, can one be free of confusion.

By being, one stops the material mind. One does not allow the material mind to create confusion.

One does not require complexities, to know the truth. One does not require difficult theories.

These only create confusion, as the material mind is involved. Remember that when the material mind is involved, there are thoughts and emotions.

Thoughts and emotions can be controlled by the material mind. They can be used, to condition and control everyone.

When one learns to be, one will learn the truth.

Even the truth is hidden, and untruths are created, based on the truth. Most people believe in untruths.

Most people do not realise that there is the real truth because, they believe that they already know the truth. They believe that there is nothing more, than what they already know.

Confusion is an unwanted emotion, created by the material mind. When one allows the material mind to create thoughts, one allows it to condition, and control.

The material mind can do so when there is confusion. When there is clarity, the material mind cannot control.

The material mind creates untruths, so that it can gain control. Everything is used in order to control.

Even the truth is used, to create confusion. It is used to condition and control.

Remember, when the truth is changed, it is no longer the truth. It will no longer be clear.

Every theory is created by the material mind. It creates confusion.

The truth requires nothing. One does not require anything, to know the truth.

One only needs to be. By being, one will know the truth. One will silence the material mind and be aware of the truth.

Learn to be and learn the truth.
