The material world is full of distractions.

One must learn to prevent all distractions. One cannot become distracted.

Remember that if one is distracted, the journey will not be completed. One will become lost through these distractions.

As one cannot remove all the distractions in the material world, one must learn to prevent oneself from becoming distracted.

One must learn to ensure that there is balance although one is surrounded by distractions. One must learn not to become distracted.

It is difficult to do so because everyone has been conditioned to be distracted. Everyone seeks distractions.

Most people desire distractions. They seek these constantly.

Remember that if one is constantly distracted, one cannot focus on the completion of the journey. One cannot be prepared.

One must learn to be. By being, one can prevent oneself from being distracted.

One must learn to practise. One cannot expect to learn to be, without practice.

Remember that the journey must be completed. Everything else is irrelevant.

The material self will always be susceptible to distractions.

This is a conditioning of the material mind. Everyone is conditioned to be distracted.

The material world is full of distractions created for this purpose. Everyone is distracted by material matters.

All material matters are distractions to prevent the journey from being completed. Everyone desires one distraction or another.

Most people have numerous distractions. These distractions are endless.

Most people do not want to be free of distractions. They crave distractions.

If distractions are removed, most people will be lost. They will lose their focus of life.

Remember that distractions are not the focus of life. They will only keep one occupied until it is too late.

The completion of the journey is most important. Without this, one will continue in circles.

Only when the journey is completed, can one be free of the cycle of life. Only then can one be free.

It is simple yet it is so difficult. The difficulty is in refusing to be free.

When one wants to be free, one will be. Then one will focus on completing the journey.

Only then will everything be as it should be. Everything else is a distraction.

Choose to be free. The journey must be completed. When there is progress completing the journey, there will be balance. No chaos. Ensure balance.

Only when one allows everything to be as it should be, can one be free.

Remember that the material mind conditions and controls everyone and everything in the material world. It tries to block everything that should be.

The material mind only wants everything to be as it wants. It does not want anything else.

It will try to replace everything that is natural with the unnatural. It will try to ensure that only what it wants will come to be.

But the material mind did not create the universe. It cannot control anything beyond the material self and material matters.

The material mind can only control these but one can choose whether to allow the material mind to control oneself. One can choose to be free or to be controlled.

The material mind will create material joy and happiness in return for controlling the material self. It will create stimulants and attachments.

These are all unnatural. They prevent everything that is natural.

Remember that the journey must be completed. If the journey is delayed, one will bear the consequences.

Only when there is progress in completing the journey, will there be balance. Then there will be no chaos.

Remember that all imbalances create chaos. The universe will try to balance everything.

One must always ensure that there is balance.

Most people believe that they have no choice.

They believe that everything that happens is beyond their control. They believe that it is caused by someone or something else.

Every choice has consequences. Every choice either creates balance or imbalance.

When there is balance, everything is as it should be. Everything is natural.

When there is imbalance, everything is unnatural. Everything is against the flow of the universe.

The universe will try to achieve balance. If one is creating imbalances, one has to balance everything.

There is no escape from this. There is no exception.

Only when there is balance, is there peace. Only then can the journey be completed.

Remember that all souls must return home. If one keeps the soul trapped and suppressed, one will experience pain and suffering until the soul is free.

When the soul is free, there is balance. Everything is as it should be.

One must always make the right choices. One must be careful to ensure that every choice maintains balance.

Everything that should be, will be.

The material mind has blocked everything so that everyone only perceives what is allowed by the material mind. Everything else is hidden so that everyone remains trapped.

But everything that should be, will be. Nothing can be hidden forever.

At the right time, everything will be known. One will know the truth at the right time.

Most people are not able to see the truth because they refuse to do so. They refuse to see even if it is there.

Some are unaware of the truth because the material mind has blocked everything. But most people refuse to accept the truth.

They prefer to continue following the material path. They refuse to change.

Remember that to change means to prevent unwanted thoughts and emotions. It means to remove all unnatural traits and learn to have natural traits.

When one changes, one removes all the conditionings and control of the material mind. One learns to release all attachments and just be.

Unless one is willing to do these, one will always remain trapped. One will not see the truth even if it is in front of oneself.

But everything that should be, will be. If one refuses to see the truth, one will need to learn.

Remember that some lessons are easy and some are difficult. The more one refuses to learn, the more difficult the lessons will become.

It is easier to allow everything that should be, to be. It is easier to change.

One has the choice. One must make the right choices if one wants everything to be easy.

But everything that should be, will be. Even if one resists this, it will come to pass.

Nothing can prevent this. Everything that should be, will be.

The truth will be known. Whether one accepts the truth or not, the truth will be known.

Most people refuse to accept the truth. They assume that if they refuse to accept it, they can continue as they were.

The truth is there so that everyone changes. It is a reminder so that the journey can be completed.

Most people refuse to accept the truth because they refuse to change. They are unaware that they will either need to change or to suffer the consequences.

Remember that the journey must be completed. One can complete it easily or choose a difficult way.

The easy way to complete the journey is to accept the truth. It is easier to change than to choose not to.

Remember that everything that the material mind has created is unnatural. All that is unnatural must be removed.

All the conditionings and control of the material mind must be removed. All unnatural traits must be removed.

One can choose to change or one can choose to experience pain and suffering. Everything that is unnatural will create suffering.

When one is free, one moves according to the flow. There is no resistance.

If one resists, one will need to struggle. Remember that everything in the universe moves in a certain way.

Remember that one cannot fight this. One can only allow oneself to be carried along.

One must accept the truth. One must allow everything that should be, to be.

It is pointless to resist as it is the way it should be.

Everything is as it should be. One cannot change it. One can only change oneself.
